While I respect any business and am willing to give it a second chance, this place i absolutely can not. Where do I even begin? I called in and spoke to a guy who was expecting me when I arrived. A shifty salesman took over when I arrived and stole the sale from the person I spoke to prior to keep in mind, I told the sketchy sales person who I spoke to ORIGINALLY. Then upon "inspection" and requesting of ordering a part, he stated the part was over $600. Which I know for a fact it's NOT after calling multiple tire locations for repair. Fast forward, the sketchy guy "makes a call" and gets the price down under a bit. Beggars can't be choosers, I agreed to the price and ordered it. The guy never gave me a receipt, typed in the wrong model of car, and told me it would be here by a certain date and he would update and call me. Well the day came and went. Nothing. I had to call several days later to finally get an answer and it turns out the part DID arrive by the date specified, but since it was in an UNMARKED box in the back. No one happened to scan it in. A box worth several hundred dollars. Just sitting. Waiting to be scanned in. LOVELY. After days of waiting and no update. I had to CALL for an update and had I not called and asked, I would STILL be waiting for my car repair. It took almost 4 hours to get my car back after I came in, it was expected to be 5-6 hours. So I can't complain there. I know it's busy. Fast forward to now, this review. The ONLY reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of the spectacular customer service and HONESTY of Brandon. He was very honest about the situation, he gave his best effort, updated me throughout the day, put me at ease, and was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions, checked on everything I asked, and he was overall GREAT! To be clear, I would have easily given 1 star based on this whole ordeal and because of the shifty salesman, whom I will not name for privacy reasons. He did not even try to hide how much of an a- typical type of salesman he is. Very cliche and over the top. I rarely go into this great of detail to leave a review, so this should speak for itself. Had the tires on my previous vehicle cheaply and successfully balanced here, so I considered to return for business when my next car needed new tires. Purchased a pricey set of Bridgestone Tires through these guys vs Firestone, because of the price match they provide here. Love that. They got me in the next day and were able to complete the job with no issues. They installed and balanced the new set, but they put some scratches on my new rims in the process - hence the 4 stars vs 5. A few things as an FYI - they do not have an alignment machine at this location so they cannot check your alignment. Look on their site for which locations do. This one is always packed inside so the wait can stack up, but that's no fault of theirs. Salesmen are pushy (always wanting you to buy wiper blades), but I already purchased online - so it didn't affect me. I don't necessarily distrust them, but don't let them upsell you either. Started my journey at 9am paid for tires was told i would be put in line and to come back at 1245. When I came back they could not find a record of me but did find my vehicle. I was told the previous charge was just a hold and would be returned and they would have to charge my card again which they did. Then I was told my vehicle would be ready by 215pm. When that time came and went without my car being moved I said just give me my money back and I'll call it a day. Next day I check my account and both charges had been taken out and I still have no tires. So $2600 is out there and now I'm trying to get that back. read more

I was at the store @ 8 am this morning got a set of new tires and a back windshield wiper and was on my home 45 minutes later! The customer service was impeccable! As I sat and worked on my computer observing all the employees as they waited on customers, they were all very friendly, professional efficient. Holy makeral !! No sooner than I pulled into a parking spot, a Discount employee met me and asked how may he help. I was sold on the place, then and there. I knew these folks would be all about service and believe me, they were. I explained to the gentleman that my granddaughter had an appointment at 9am to get 4 spanking new tires for her truck, Crusterella. "No problem sir, we can take you now", and this was at 8:45. We explained that the spare was on the truck and needed to be put back under the bed where it's supposed to go. "No problem, sir." Your truck will be ready in an hour. " As we lived close, we went home to wait. I had only gotten halfway through washing the dishes when we were notified that Crusterella was ready. It only took them maybe 35 minutes? I was astonished. When we left the place, it was a beehive of activity. I thought it would have been at least an hour, if not longer. But Discount has a number of service bays, and there were employees everywhere. Each doing their job diligently. You need to get your tires at Discount. They are top-notch. Quick Tip: Tell your wife or significant other that getting tires may take a while. Who knows how long it'll take? Then, with the free time that Discount has given you, you can go mess around somewhere. You may even get out of doing the dishes!!! read more

Went to discount tire on Wednesday because I had a nail on the sidewall of my rear tire. They were nice, but really two problems. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get one new tire put on and then I find out that the spare was just thrown in the back of my car and nothing was put together. Came in at 8:10am, they open at 8:00qm. they told me to rotate and balance my tires it would be 1 to 1:15 minutes. I went for a little walk and came back in an hour. My car was outside. I assumed it was done. I went to the counter and was told it was next couple cars in the shop. I was okay with that. Well another hour went by before my car was pulled into shop. I would not come back here. I was traveling and needed to rotate and balance. I'm not a hard person to please. Discount Tire has customer service down. I went in yesterday around 3:30pm for a new tire-thinking it was the worse time to get in and out. When I drove up there were plenty of people to confirm my suspicion. However, I was seen almost right away and a new tire and rotation was complete within an hour and fifteen minutes. I wish I could remember the young man's name who assisted me because he was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. This location's service was exceptional, yesterday. I usually go to the Franklin office, but I tried the one here in Springhill, and ended up being overcharged by almost half of what I paid down at tire discounters. I went back with my second car.to see if they could match what I paid for my Audi at tire discounters and they couldn't give me a good price. They need to hire service technician that aren't fresh out of high school, the last two times I went to this location they've messed up my vehicle. The first time they sheared a lug off my tire, now this time they claimed my vehicle came in with a "missing lug" and that somehow the service tech tried to put a "new lug" on but it wouldn't go on because damage to a stud in my tire.
