Joseph and his team absolutely came through for me this weekend. Firestone was the only tire shop open in my area on a Sunday, and when my tire pressure suddenly dropped to a dangerously low level on the interstate while I was on my way to a family emergency, I was in full panic mode trying to reach the nearest location. When I arrived at the Spring Hill store, I was discouraged to see the waiting room packed. I explained my situation to Joseph, and he immediately came outside to assess the tire. With a screw lodged in a difficult spot, there was no guarantee it could even be repaired, and I wasn't sure if they had a replacement tire in stock. I honestly thought I'd be stranded for hours. Less than 45 minutes later, Joseph handed me my keys and told me they had successfully repaired the tire. I was back on the road and able to get where I needed to be. Joseph's calm professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into one with a great outcome. He truly saved the day. My air condition was not blowing cold air so I took it to Firestone because they were the least expensive option to check into it. Most places we're going to charge me 200 just for a diagnostics fee. Firestone was about $10. So I took it there and they were very thorough, not pushy, and answered all of my questions. I spoke with Brady and Bailey, which were both super helpful. We decided to go elsewhere to get the car fixed (as we have a personal mechanic that can work on this sort of matter), but it was my first time dealing with them and in the future, I would probably go back because of they're seemingly honest work and opinion on my car. read more

The worst service experience ever! We had our 17 year old sons car towed there due to overheating. They quickly got on the issue and after spending over $1600 on what they said was the fix, and installing 4 new tires for a total of $2800, we picked it up and had to have it towed back 8 days later for the same issue. They then said they couldn't find anything wrong. We picked it up again and had it back there in 6 days with the same issue. They then refused to work on the car and offered a refund for the $1600 initial repair and said we would have to get it towed out. We called Christian brothers across the street. They towed it over for free and are working on the car now. Hopefully additional damage to the car was not caused due to Firestones shotty repairs. I called to speak with the GM 4 times and never spoke to him. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had a service center and I will never go back! read more

They're absolutely terrible. I've done there twice now and both times, been denied service. They have the absolute worst attitude and customer that I've ever seen, and I'm usually really optimistic about things. Both times, I wasn't able to make an appointment and tried to come in and the technician told me that I'm not allowed to get my oil changed and said I couldn't set an appointment with him in house. Both times, there was at least 2.5 hours left in the day. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Very poor customer service from the manager. He's rude and unprofessional. I also bought 4 tires, and they didn't even bother to tell me that they had a great special happening the next day where I could have gotten a free tire. I have no intention to give them my money ever again. It's not the kind of business where you feel valued or treated as if they are trying to help their customers. read more

Set up an appointment for popped tire. Tire had big slit in it due to running over a curb. Purchased new replacement tire and got oil change also. They worked with me on the tire price also. They may not be the cheapest tire and car service in town, but you can depend on them and the work they do and the products they use. You get what you pay for! read more

While scheduling an oil change, I asked the rep if techs would be available at that time for an oil change- he replied, yes. Upon arrival at appointment time, He informed me that it would be an hour our more before someone would be available to start the oil change. After correcting his misstated commitment he made previous- he failed to admit or apologize what he had stated during appointment scheduling. read more

Still the same incompetent careless people they just kept making excuses. We only have three technicians today yet they're all standing around talking and then there's two people upfront playing on the computer and joking around with each other. I have been a Firestone customer for years. All oil changes, brake work, tires, routine maintenance, etc on all of my vehicles. Unfortunately I won't be going back! April 14th at 2:25pm I called and scheduled an appointment for brake and rotor replacement on my wife's van for April 15th at 7am. I made all of the arrangements to drop my wife's van off to have the services performed, including arranging my pickup and drop off. I show up and the employee managing the front says he doesn't see my appointment and doesn't even recall our conversation. He tells me he was the one who was there yesterday and took the calls and doesn't remember our conversation. He says I will have to wait and he is not sure when he can get me in. Thankfully there are many options in Spring Hill for vehicle services. Work performed at this location is usually pretty good. The customer service is awful. read more

Horrible customer service. Had a flat tire on my Tesla and paid money to have my car towed there overnight. Even though I have the special hockey pucks that are needed to lift the car without damaging it, they still demoted me even though they could easily just use a portable jack instead of their lifts. No solutions given, no good customer service, simply just told me I'm screwed and need to pay for another tow to the Tesla facility. read more

If you want oil pouring out in your driveway after an oil change- bring your car here. If you want to return the car 3+ times to address negligent work-bring your car here. If you want bad parts on multiple occasions to be blamed instead of sloppy work- bring your car here. Good news is you won't be charged for all the additional services required after they touch your vehicle. Or they don't bother looking at your vehicle at all. I hope you won't need your vehicle for work or taking kids to school. They'll ask you to bring your car in first thing in the morning and never look at it and never inform you. read more

Not one to leave reviews very often, but I had to for this one. Been a FireStone customer across the Nashville area for the past few years. Had some gripes before, but this visit finally broke me - so here I am. Left my car to get an oil change Saturday morning, per my appointment. Finally got it back very end of day, no big deal. Wanted the tires rotated, couldn't because the back two were too worn. Didn't bother to tell me that at any point until I'm there to pick the car up. Leave me with a quote and send me on my way. Okay not a huge deal but not convenient. Decide to take the quote because the tires they recommend me are a quality set (good reviews, price, etc). Make an appt for Tuesday to drop my car off again to get it done. Tuesday at 5:30 PM I haven't heard anything so I call. No answer. Call until 6 PM and just decide I'll head up there because they close at 7. ... nope. Show up and they're gone. No call, nothing. Thought surely they'll call Wednesday but due to the ice in the area, thought they may not be in - many schools closed, etc. So finally, I call Thursday morning and ask about my car. To my surprise, they tell me that they called me a few nights ago, and "my phone went straight to voicemail." Yet here on my phone, I have no missed call and no voicemail. Even have their number as a contact. Ha. So finally, I come in to pick up my car and they tell me at this point - they didn't have the tires in stock that they quoted me for so they put me on some "nicer " tires instead for the same price. I look up these tires they put on and theyre Firestone All Seasons - with much poorer reviews (despite the price) than the others and more 1 star ratings than 4 or 5 combined. Smh. I'll be ending my service with Firestone from here on out. What a headache. read more

Set up an appointment to get my tires rotated, they tell me to come on down two and a half hours before they close. I drive up there all the way from Columbia just for them to tell me that they have zero availability. Constant terrible service from these guys. read more

I showed up at 7am with no prior communications or expectations of being the 'prized customer' unlike everyone else who wants to leave a 1 star review. The crew replaced my rear brakes, rotors, and calipers not just the same day but called me at 1pm to let me know it was ready for pickup. I've never been a Firestone customer and after today, I'll never even consider them. Stopped into the location in Spring Hill as they are the only place open on Sundays and needed an oil change. Pulled in at 4:30 and there wasn't a single car in a bay. I walked in and asked if I could get my oil changed and was told I couldn't bc they were closing in 20 mins. When I mentioned it being 4:30, the guy interrupted saying it was 4:35 and that it would take them 45mins to an hour to change my oil. I understand they close at 5, but given there were 0 customers on-site, thought they could get it done as I've never had an oil change take more than 20 mins. Had the guy at least been friendly in his delivery of message, I wouldn't be taking the time to post this review, but sadly, that wasn't his approach and, as a representative for Firestone, his approach highlighted how little they care whether or not they have your business. That was my first experience with Firestone and after today, it will also be my last. He could have politely told me what time they opened in the morning, asked me to come back and assured me that they would get me in and get me taken care of....but that invitation wasn't extended bc he couldn't care less. A service oriented business should practice better customer service. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere that appreciates your business! read more

They are the only tire place open on Sunday. The construction in our area has caused us to replace two tires. They didn't have one of the tires and the manager made sure that my tire had enough air to reach the next store. The guys at firestone were extremely helpful, reasonable, and fast. Two times now I've scheduled appointments, shown up and been told they can no longer perform any services due to being "to busy". Is it that hard to squeeze in a SCHEDULED oil change and tire rotation?... The first time I showed up the technicians were all out front smoking and standing around with empty bays. HORRIBLE SERVICE. i took my car here to get one new tire and to get my tires rotated i told them which tire to replace and was very specific and clear with my instructions. I get a call from Firestone saying my vehicle is done and my tires were rotated. i pick up my car drive home and take a look to my surprise none of my tires were rotated and i still have the same tire on my car that i asked to be removed. The manager then tells me i was kind of lied to. what is kind of lied to? where i'm from a lie is a lie or it's not a lie. So now i had to drive all the way back here using up my entire day and most of my gas tank just for him to switch my gears without even stopping all the way. When i asked for him to stop all the way when driving my vehicle he told me he never took my car out of drive. i'm sorry but when backing out of a parking space don't you have to reverse? LOL if these guys were as good as working on cars as they are at coming up with bullshit lies we'd be in pretty good condition right now! Do NOT recommend this place for ANY services or even customer service. This problem was only solved because i came back up here and made sure my demands were listened to. If i didn't have the knowledge to look at my tires i would have went on with a messed up tire that's about to pop and have bald tires because i was told they were rotated and they clearly were not. If you want to get lied to about services that were " done " on your car and be disrespected due to their own incompetence please go on down to firestone! pathetic this is what corporate "businesses" have come to.
