Seriously the best. Over the years I've bought all my tires at discount tires. Service is always exceptional. No upselling and a genuine interest in helping their customers. Today I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it and helped me get out of there in time for an appointment. Victor and Francisco thank you! You'd be in good hands with anyone there. This location, while new, works like a well-oiled machine. It was busy but everyone there was polite - staff addressed people in line to thank them for their patience and brang customers complimentary bottles of water. I've been a long time customer at Discount Tire. I have 4 vehicles and all have Tires purchased from discount. Today I got a nail in my MDX I pulled in as they were closing. The took care of me right away warrantied my tire I purchased a new certificate and they quickly replaced and balanced all my tires. I have been following John Coker since Speedway and Alvernon. Great service as expected from Discount Tire locations. They are really customer service focused and got 4 new tires within 2 hours of a walk in. Wasn't cheap but I have a truck and it was a necessity. They will try and help you on the price with rebates. read more

A great pitch to getting there credit card to purchase all four tires it's very hard to get a tire changed three times a feeling air did I get a replacement the sad part about having a low tire is that machine doesn't read if your tires too low so then they recommend for you to go to Circle K to fill it with air but thank God they put a new tire so hopefully it should get better read more

I called and they told me to come in then i waited for over one hour and this other lady just was a walk in 20 minutes and she got the same service as me and she left all service done 30 minutes before i did... i bought tires and wheels with warranty and i think once you pay for something.. they no longer care.. bad bad bad!! Props to these guys man. I had no choice but to change a flat immediately when it happened.. on a very busy Friday afternoon. I called right before I arrived to ask the wait time because I had to call off work for that period, and can't afford to take an entire day off. When I got there, they told me the wait is actually over three hours long and not 1.5 hours like I was told. I got upset and a bit Karen-y (which I'm sorry about guys!) and after a bit of me arguing in front of customers and all, making a scene.. they said they'd get it done in 1.5 hours like they said. Appreciate you guys and sorry again. That's A+ customer service and it's much appreciated. I'm living paycheck to paycheck and this was already a really stressful thing to happen.. probably why I was even upset in the future place.. so when I heard I'd have to take off my whole shift, it really upset me. Discount tire is the second favorite list tire shop where I get my tires at. This discount tire used to be located on the 6th street and relocated close to Dave and buster now. It's very busy when I walked in on Friday to get my wheels install for charger. I was very amazed by their shipping and customer services I placed my order on Thursday noonish 4x20" hellcats rims mate black and sets of tires. Their service manager Francisco told me that it will gets here on Saturday it not then on Monday after I place my orders. I told him that I'm a very impatient person I hate waiting for parts especially anything related with ride. He told me "I will see what I can do for you to get your wheels in faster " and the next day I called to follow up "he told me your wheels are here I had some one to pick up your wheels on Phoenix" and I was so amazed by their delivery time! I was like wow that quick! Went in got my wheels installed I was very satisfied with their service, but only thing is would be nice is that they should have called me to follow up instead of me keep calling them to ask is my order here yet. read more

People were friendly and provided great customer service. We arrived before the store opened (we were still on Texas time) and were 4th in line, which would have made us fourth to be helped (with the exception of those who had appointments), but we weren't. They opened the door and said, "We made a note of who came in when so we'll take people in this order," then started calling out vehicle makes and colors without any regard to who actually got there first. They completely skipped us - didn't even have our vehicle marked on their list, and when we politely mentioned we weren't on the list, we got an "Okay," as a response. A quick and easy flat repair turned into an hour of us sitting and waiting while they helped at least 2 customers who arrived after us. I had a flat tire. Went into the store and waited for 40 mins and they were so under staffed I wasn't even greeted. Divided to get it aired up and go somewhere else, and the line to get air took over 25 mins. Sure wished I bought my tires elsewhere, and definitely will go somewhere else to buy in the future. read more

At first it was good. I ordered some tires and they said they would be here on the upcoming Saturday. Then I call on Saturday and they say that they won't be here till Tuesday. Which is fine, I was ok with that because I was out of town for the weekend anyways. Tuesday comes and they tell me they have the tires. So I come down expecting for it to be done. They then tell me they only have three of the tires for some reason. They said to come back later then would have it before then end of the day. I asked for them to call me when they get it. Tuesday goes by. At this point I'm blaming Discount and am quite annoyed. I called on Wednesday and was met with holds and not the best customer service. Finally late Wednesday I get a call from Humberto. He tells me what actually happened with fedex and how a shipping label fell off, he actually took it upon himself to really figure out where the tire was and get the whole story. Thursday morning comes and I they got the tire at 10, accommodated me with the first spot in line, and are finishing the work right now. I have to say I was quite annoyed with this location but I believe Humberto single handily saved my experience. read more
