Derek and the team were able to diagnose the real problem. The communication through the process was great and Derek was able to shop for parts and save me some money on repairs. When I dropped my vehicle off, I wasn't able to stop for gas without breaking down, and they even made sure I had enough gas to get me home, which they didn't have to do. They really went above and beyond for great customer service which was really important to us.

Chris and his team finally figured out why my steering wheel was shaking, why my left front lug nuts were extremely hot, why, when I took my foot off the gas, the car stopped very fast.
