The good: - I have been a customer here for years and rarely had any issues. - I have bought multiple tires here and only had issues with the cheap tire brands - I have come here for nails in my tires and normally had them fixed every time. The bad: - I brought in a set of rims and end up getting them back damaged - I had a problem with a tire throwing my alignment off and had to bring it back twice to get the problem resolved Those two are the only bad I have had since coming to this discount I have been coming here for years and the good out weighs the bad by a hefty amount. I have been going to this discount for years. Most of the time I don't have issues with any of the work they do. At one point I brought 8 rims in for tires on both sets and one of those sets came out scratched I ignored it since I didn't have proof it wasn't scratched before bringing it in. Another situation I came in for an issue I was having on a car I had gotten an alignment that morning, but my alignment was off due to the weight of a tire. I came in saying the weight from a tire is throwing off my alignment and I asked for either a replacement or for them to move it to the back of the car. They took them off and balanced them, they told me that it was due to the cheap set of tires I bought but it should be fixed. I left and came back this time someone met me at the front saying they noticed me come back and realized something must not be fixed so they took the car in and I asked again to move the wheel to the back of the car they did that and it fixed my issue. Now this is only the two bad situations I have had with them other then those in the many years I have come here all the other times have been very great they have a long wait time but if you drop your car off and come back for it it makes the process simple. They let you know when it's done by text or email and they haven't lost my faith in this company. read more

I have bought tires from Discount for a long time but I will never go back. The three different employees that I talked to all lied to me. I guess they thought I was uninformed about tires and could lie to me. The first one told me that Continental Tire was out of business. The second one told that I had a bad plug and it couldn't be repaired. My tires have never had a plug and I pulled the tire when I got home and proved that it didn't have one. On and on!! read more

Where can I start, the staff at Discount Tire are incredible and so customer focused just like all the Discount Tire locations we've visited. On the way for our weekend getaway, we had a tire blowout on our travel trailer. Fortunately, at Hudson Oaks, the next exit, there was Walmart with a huge parking lot where we were able to pull in and wait for roadside service to come change the blown tire. While waiting on roadside service, we checked to see if there was a Discount Tire close by and there was. Some of the other tires on the trailer were "suspect" so we decided to change out all the tires to be safe. I called the location and we were in luck, they had 5 (changed out the spare) tires of the size we needed and they were an upgrade of our current tires, much heavier duty. Roadside assistance got our spare mounted around 5:30 and we headed to Discount Tre which was 5 miles away. We arrived at 5:45pm and were warmingly greeted. 09/09/19 4:35pm Saturday. Let me start by saying they are amazing! The service was impeccable! We had a blow out just outside of Mjneral Wells about 40 minutes away. Our usual discount tire at home was still an hour away and we would not make it there before they closed to get a new tire and maybe a new rim. We pulled up to discount tire in weatherford after calling them to be sure they had the size tire we needed. We walked in and despite the fact that they were obviously busy and the waiting area was about half full we were attended to right away. We ended up buying 4 new tires and having them installed. The estimated time was 5:45 so grateful because they actually closed at 5:00. We were in and out by 5:10; like 30 minutes!! Wow!! Great service, they didn't seem at all put out. We made stops in multiple states along the way and were told that the tires were okay. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and the wait over the last 3-4 years has quadrupled. Very limited appointment availability and two hour walk in waits. I was traveling through Weatherford and when I stopped for the night at my hotel I discovered a flat tire on my trailer from a nail. On closer inspection I found another tire with a bubble. The discount tire was close and I called just before closing and they said bring it over in the am. I had a tight schedule to get to my destination safely the next day, I showed up when they opened and they came right out to meet me. We discovered 2 more tires with major issues and as we were doing paperwork I'm thinking I'll never get out of here in time to make it by dark. We finished up and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes! They put guys on it like a NASCAR pit crew and in just a few minutes I was back on the road. You'd be crazy to buy tires anywhere else. Here's why: I changed out my KO2's on my 4Runner for a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Wanted to try something different. And...after about 6,000 miles of use over 3 months determined that I HATED those tires. Super rough ride and really poor fuel mileage even by AT tire standards. So I went back to Discount--well I went to THIS Discount Tire here in Weatherford (but had bought the tires at the Arlington location) and told then exactly what I just typed here. Without hesitation they 1.) Balanced and rotated the Nitto's to see if that would eliminate my issues--at no charge. 2.) When that didn't help they replaced the tires and even refunded me the difference on the spare tire. Zero problems, no drama. Amazing. They repeatedly made it clear they just wanted me to be happy with the tires. Great guys, incredible service and a stress free experience. You can't beat having a place back up a big purchase like this on a product that, by nature, has a determined lifespan.
