There is no sense of urgency at this place. I stopped in to get an oil change at 11:00 am on a weekday. It took them 2 hours to change the oil in my car. There were only two other cars in the service bays! I watched the service guys just walk around and talk to each other. My time is worth nothing to them so I will not be back. read more

After dealing with another auto repair "shop" in the area, we decided to call Cliff's Auto Service on 199 in Springtown, TX (Something we should have done 2-days before when this "idiot light" drama began!) Feb 1 2024, 11AM, Cliff's Auto. in Springtown was able to order the Clock Spring part and have it at their shop IN 1 HOUR! Not only that, by God's grace they got the new part and installed it in ONE DAY! I picked up my Jeep at 4:30PM! AMAZING! Cliff's is a professional establishment. They believe no job is too small for their community! Clean waiting room, parking lot, huge beautiful flag faithfully greeting the public, on the daily! WHAT more could you ask for! Not a good experience. Brought in my truck for a diagnostic and was told they could not find anything wrong except an engine miss. Which is what I had asked to be diagnosed and fixed. Said the issue was the brand new plugs I had just installed 2 weeks ago and they I had used the wrong brand. That was the extent of the ' professional' service they had to offer. No other attempt to find or fix anything, just told me what I already knew and charged me the diagno fee to do it. Don't wait your time or money here. read more

I went to Cliff's for a spark plugs and oil change. $845 later and a fuel injector service that I did not request my truck was giving a check engine light. Found out after the fact that kids doing the oil change on our only company truck did not put oil back while finishing the oil change. Got down road and the truck started knocking. Brought it back to Cliff's Goodyear immediately and owner Chris Bragg and his "master mechanic" took it in back shop and kept it overnight telling us they needed time to diagnose the issue. The service manager called the next day and said an injector blew. We had it towed to the dealership due to the broken trust factor from speaking with the owner and he refusing to take responsibility of any wrongdoing. The engine was totally locked up and the oil that had been put in after the fact was clear and had never cycled. Months of attorney fees trying to get Chris Bragg to make it right were a waste as he dogged every call, email and certified letter our attorney made & sent. We would NOT recommend anyone do business with this establishment. read more

Took the truck in literally two times because it was not holding the alignment. Second time around Michael came out really disrespectful at first saying the truck has new parts well duh of course the truck has new parts. This is why we brought it to you the first time to do the alignment come to find out the tire rods were not any good and they could not see this for themselves to figure out why It was not holding the alignment and yet paid $135. When I called to let them know, Michael was very rude and disrespectful started yelling at me . Kept trying to tell me that everything was OK with the truck. But yet the second time around, kept saying it could be the driveshaft. Never again will we use a Cliff's. read more

We came in to have our travel trailer inspected, and a tire fixed. We picked up something in our tire on the way to get inspected. They were quick to notice the tire that was going flat as we drove in. The inspection and tire fix were done quickly and proficiently. I've rented a uhaul car hauler from them once and returned a car hauler another time. First time I had to hook the trailer up on my own... which is a big time No No with uhaul. They didn't have anyone to hook it up he said. But I needed the trailer. The next rental was a return there. Unscheduled return to their place after hours. A phone call was placed to them because the scheduled drop off place was closed. They said bring it to them and park it out back if they are closed. So we did as instructed. 2 days later uhaul was looking for their trailer. I called Cliffs and he said he knew nothing of the trailer. I gave him the trailer number. He said yes it was there. Nobody entered it as a return. For all I know they gave it out to someone else because it's still not returned in the system. Must not have a donut dispenser hooked up to the computer to reward them when entering a return. Customer service is nonexistent there to say the least. Avoid that place. I can only imagine what they do to customer cars being serviced there. read more

They have always been upfront and honest giving me a good deal on tires for my truck. I am not a Goodyear tire fan but these folks do a great job at a great price. We take all of our trailer inspections to them as well to prevent us from driving to FW or Weatherford with our longer trailers. Awesome customer service!!! They were so friendly and accommodating when I got in in June from a 1500 mile move from Nevada pulling a 6' x 12' U-haul trailer by myself all the way. I was exhausted and frazzled and they were the bright spot and friendly faces I needed! Real Texas hospitality! They even waived the late fees for the trip taking so long, which was such a blessing because I was tapped due to the extra road time. I've made them my regular "go to" place and usually rent a 6' x 9' utility trailer from them every couple weeks to pick hay for my horses. They have changed my tire once before and the service was great , that's why we went back after to change another one. Walked in and said what we needed and 3 out of 4 rolled there eyes ( really ) If you don't like your job " change it " I think it says GOOD YEAR ! Guess it isn't a good year for them Took a while and there where not bust at all wonder why ? Heck 5 or 6 guys and over 1/2 just standing around lol To top it off the owner or son of the owner ( his employee said this to us btw) has this old ass Camaro setting in bay 1 and freaks out if you even touch it Hahahah It's a $4000 at best , even with low miles you must be kidding right. One star is a better review than service deserves. Went in 45 min before closing with a tube needing a simple patch was told good luck becouse the patch guy was gone. There were three techs on hand. What kind of tire tech cant patch a tube? Told me i could fix it myself, huh? But your 3 techs cant? Im amazed im stuned. Went to M&D . even though they were closing they happlie fixed the tube and didnt even charge me. This was the fineshing touch on an underprivaleged childs only birthday present. I've been taking my truck there for almost 3 years, but for the last 6 mos the level of service and the care of the work being done has been really lacking. I had 2 repairs done that I had to go back and get redone because it wasn't performed properly the first time. Today, I was going back to have something redone that they had fixed 2 weeks ago, but now wasn't working right. I called first, spoke to someone, and they said if I brought it in within the hour, they would get me in right away. 20 minutes later, I was there, but now "suddenly" 10 people were in line ahead of me. I explained what I was there for and showed them pictures I had taken of the issue, and the guy at the counter started giving me attitude. He took my keys & said they would have my truck up next. An hour later, I went up to the counter to ask when they were going to get to me. I was told, "you're up next". So I asked how long that was going to be. The guy said it could be another hour before they got to me, they were busy. I explained that I had called first & was told I could be helped right away. He said,"yeah, you called at 8:45 & you got here at 9:20.." I said, "yes that was within the hour" & he continued," well a whole bunch of people got here ahead of you." So I asked to see his manager. He flatly said, " what can I help you with." I asked again to speak to the manager, and he just gave me the look that said I wasn't going to speak to anyone else. So I asked for my keys & gasket back. He got them, handed them back to me, and I said, "don't worry, I'll never bother you with my truck again." I left, went to an NTB to get the part fixed, they fixed it (turns out it the part wasn't installed correctly to begin with.) and they caught some other things that Cliff's should have caught if they were doing work correctly in the first place, for instance, the part they installed for me they did on a hose that had a crack in it... Horrible attitude, bad service, amazingly poor attention to detail, and once again, a shop that treats female customers poorly. Don't go here if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time. read more

Do not use this place. Have used them multiple times, because there is usually no wait time (should tell you something). Every time had to take the vehicle back at least twice, for basic stuff. Price is always higher than originally quoted. Took truck in 3 weeks ago for water pump. Have had to take it back 3 times. They didn't hook up transmission cooler lines, put in the wrong temp sensor, and in the end the truck wouldn't even run. Then said they needed to replace the fan clutch, THAT THEY REPLACED LAST JULY. Then they gave up and said they won't work on it so I had to have it TOWED from their shop to another. Same experience with multiple vehicles. Friends that have gone there have had same experience. Don't waste your money. read more

Will never go back!!!! Brought my 98 dodge dually in for a rear wheel seal leaking... They fixed it and said brakes could be changed they weren't bad but close to it saw them for myself and felt good about the repair so much I told them to do all the brakes rotors and drums.... They had my truck for two days when I got it back from them now it shakes when you brake.... Took it back to them and told them it was shaking at this point they tell me my brand new tires from Discount Tires were out of balance!! That really confused me but they said they were going to rebalance them just to make sure I was happy... I was like ok???? Maybe Discount had a bad machine and didn't know it ???? So they "REBALANCED" my tires and the shaking got better but was still there!!!!! Brought it back to them again and now they tell me it's the drive shaft it's lost a weight or it's warped and that's why it's shaking!!! I took truck to Clints transmission shop in Samson park great guy and knows his stuff!!!! Not the drive shaft!!!! Finally I end up at a highly recommended "GOODYEAR" shop off Bryant Irving Road... It ended up being a warped drum that I just got done paying for!!!!! They apologized for the privately owned Goodyear mistake even though it wasn't their fault discounted my repair and had me back on the road shortly after bringing it in!!!! read more

Cliff's Goodyear has definitely proven itself to me. They say they guarantee you will be satisfied, and I was very satisfied in what work they have done for me. They informed me about other stuff that I needed on my Chrysler, but I opted out on having those repairs made because I already had the car sold, was just having timing belt and water pump replaced and a couple of other things that I agreed to with the buyer. Cliffs good year is the biggest rip off!!!! They charged me $400 just to look at my car. Then tried to tell me it would cost $2500 to fix. They also told me I needed my oil changed!! I just had it changed somewhere else two weeks ago. The guy stuttered around when I told him that. They also did not fix what they charged me to fix. I took it to two different places and they did not do any work they charger for. I will report them to anyone that will listen until they are closed down. read more
