I make it to the spot. I call to let them know that I'm at the spot at 11:31pm. They said "okay. We'll be there in 25 min" (mind you, that 40 min eta meant that they were supposed to be here at 11:36pm) they didn't get to me until 12:34am. (Mind you the new eta they gave me at 11:31pm means they were supposed to be there at 11:56pm) (they gave me 2 false etas just to hold me) I was frustrated, because I needed a quick service. Not wait for almost 2 hours. If I knew I had to wait that long I would've went a different route. I just needed a new valve stem for my tire. I could've just drove to another shop that would've been open in that time frame. These guys are mobile workers n they will get the job done, but will lie about their etas to keep you.

I have had issues with the service department several times over the years. My car was in the shop for over 9 months and although I was given a loaner for that time, they inconvenienced me further several times by having me swap the loaner 3 times because they kept selling the loaner they gave me. Next, I brought my car in for an intermittant tail light issue. My vehicle has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Although I spoke to the warranty company 3 times and they assured me that the component was covered, Jerry's claimed that it wasn't and wanted to charge me almost $300. I purchase the part for $20 and repaired it myself. This last time, they again claimed that due to rodent damage, they would not cover the part. I told them that I did not want the repair. This time they insisted I pay the diagnostic fee. Because of my warranty, I had never been charged this before but they insisted that the diagnostic fee was not included in the warranty. In order to retrieve my car without paying the diagnostic fee, I had to agree to forfeit the free oil changes I received for the blown engine inconvenience and I was banned from returning to Jerry's for service again. They literally put that on the receipt. This does not seem like a good way to do business to me and I don't want to do business with a company like that. Beware, I can only speak on the service center, I have never purhased a vehicle from them.

We saw another XT5 that she liked at Shottenkirk and asked if we could sign a promissory note or some other method for a week and drive the 2017 XT5. We are both retired and did not wish to spend anymore than full price for the replacement car. Instead, the sales rep worked on 100% financing with their favorite financing company -and- a $12,000 warranty plan. We continually said no, but the finance and warranty/maintenance plan guy just ignored me and kept churning out the expensive 100% finance and external warranty/oil change plan. Some of my wife's signatures and other documents seem a bit fishy; but my main complaint is forceful way we, as customers, were treated. "We are aged retirees on a fixed income and can't afford any payments!" I told the sales guy and his manager over and over. Our basic needs were not met. Instead it was a "fight to the finish"; with the dealer's rough tactics winning them an additional $12,000 for a warranty we neither wanted nor needed. I don't recommend anyone purchase any car, new or used from this business. They DO have a great service department, but that was the only thing I saw that was good at this business.
