They will not scratch your wheels and have their priorities straight. How do the other tire shops even stay in business? I would trust them with my wallet. They have an air-conditioned lounge with a TV and vending machine for children or whoever. The owner is bound to honor and integrity, and it is like therapy talking to them especially for us who have disdain for the city and the soullessness found there (people at stores get mad at you half the time for even showing up. You will be in and out in half hour if you are next in line. They handled my mercedes benz amg with tact and that is just their standard since I saw them treat a 90s sedan with scratches and dents as if it was a rolls royce. Awesome. I grew up in that town in the early 2000s back when half of it was dirt roads, imagine my feelings when I go back It feels like I never left my childhood because the people and business have an attiude scarcely found outside of fairytale manners. I am telling you, do not go anywhere else. Looked like they employ some highschoolers which is beautiful, truly love their community. This place should be awarded as they are quite tangibly blessed by Lord Christ himself, I can tell. The tires I purchased were new and of a higher quality than the more expensive walmart douglas alternatives. Tires and wheels were balanced perfectly. There is just something about Tidwell tires that makes me smile and don't want to seem corny but I left happier than when I showed up. May the creator of the universe, and of everything outside and in-between, bless these guys a thousand fold!!! 11/10 service they'd give you a shirt of their back. However, I will say this if you have low profile tires, he will gouge your rims. Walking to I did eventually point this out to him and he fessed up and mention, "I don't have the plastic for that"... He was honest when I brought it to his attention on my second return with these low profiles... He did refer me to somebody who wouldn't scratch my $1100 rims. But on my wife's minivan and regular tires and ATVs, he's the man to go to. I promise you and he was honest about telling me he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't scratch my clear Coat again. I personally love this guy! This is the only reason why i didn't give him a five star review. I'm bringing my side-by-side rims to him tomorrow.

After doing multiple tire fill ups due to a tire issue I finally decided I needed new tires. It was Labor Day and no one was open. We saw that they were open, had good reviews and had new tires for my car available. We went and got the tires with an alignment. So far they have been great. My car feels so much safer. I would go back for tires in the future. Also the price seemed fair, $1,100 for 4 SUV tires.
