It was a scorching day and no one wants to be out a tire on a day like this. They seemed to access our desperate situation and wanted $40 for an old dry rotted tire. Our choices were walk down the road another 2miles to see if we can find a better tire for a better price at Tidwell's or just let ourselves get ripped off. They did offer a 30 day guarantee so we decided to go with a tire that was intact. They didn't bother balancing the tire and then the tire leaked completely flat twice within the first week. As soon as we had some spare time we went to return it and get our money back since they offer 30 days guarantee and one week for leaks, we find out they just try to fix the leaky tire or trade it in for another. They do not refund. Who has time for these kind of tires or that kind of service. We were thankful for a temporary tire during a desperate time but the price and service is awful. We won't be making the mistake of ever using this place again. My dad told me "Make it to Tidwell's next time."

However, I will say this if you have low profile tires, he will gouge your rims. Walking to I did eventually point this out to him and he fessed up and mention, "I don't have the plastic for that"... He was honest when I brought it to his attention on my second return with these low profiles... He did refer me to somebody who wouldn't scratch my $1100 rims. But on my wife's minivan and regular tires and ATVs, he's the man to go to. I promise you and he was honest about telling me he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't scratch my clear Coat again. I personally love this guy! This is the only reason why i didn't give him a five star review. I'm bringing my side-by-side rims to him tomorrow.
