I'm sure the service is fine, but that manager is discriminatory, I won't say racist, but I could tell he enjoyed saying that to white kid after a presumable lifetime of being told that himself. Enjoy being a manager at a tire shop for life! If you need a job go to construction; apparently people like this black manager are going to college to fulfill their lifelong dream of being a tire boy while still making less that of someone who walked into construction. 5 years later I have a new AMG almost paid off. It was a scorching day and no one wants to be out a tire on a day like this. They seemed to access our desperate situation and wanted $40 for an old dry rotted tire. Our choices were walk down the road another 2miles to see if we can find a better tire for a better price at Tidwell's or just let ourselves get ripped off. They did offer a 30 day guarantee so we decided to go with a tire that was intact. They didn't bother balancing the tire and then the tire leaked completely flat twice within the first week. As soon as we had some spare time we went to return it and get our money back since they offer 30 days guarantee and one week for leaks, we find out they just try to fix the leaky tire or trade it in for another. They do not refund. Who has time for these kind of tires or that kind of service. We were thankful for a temporary tire during a desperate time but the price and service is awful. We won't be making the mistake of ever using this place again. My dad told me "Make it to Tidwell's next time."

People shouting out checklists and getting almost immediate responses from whoever that oil filter genie in the pit was. Only got a 3 burger combo and still had a burger left when they were done. They did recommend another shop. I can't recommend, or not recommend as I never got any service. I ended up getting it done at christie's tire service shop in Dickson. In and out in less than an hour.
