Our original company we worked with on this move bailed on us 9am after confirming the move the night before. I called Discounted Moving LLC, there website was down but they're number was working and I saw their reviews were good. I called spoke to Ethan. He sounded kind of young but nonetheless very knowledgeable about the move process and scheduling. We had a 3rd floor move mid rain April 8th unloading 5 PODS up 3 flights of stairs in Windemere FL. The 3 men had no complaints about stairs. They showed up 20 min before and went right to work. The things in the PODS were already wrapped. Yet due to rain our clients things needed to be protected. So they wrapped em up again. They also had dropped floor wrap to not let things get wet in the house. My client was very pleased and called me to verify a good tipping amount. As my shipper was extremely impressed and I had to tell him they weren't my original guys and they were a rescheduled team. He said thank god, things happen for a reason, as he didnt believe it could have been better than them. As a moving company broker myself we use over 1000 movers in our database. I never have had the urge to collaborate with another company as I would like to with them. That I didn't have to vehemently vet on move performance. Overall these guys I would love to work with daily! Thanks Wes! Pros: Best team, quick response, last minute scheduling ok. very experienced and polite. Cons: Only bad thing for me. They don't like moving brokers. I have been wanting to work with them again but they don't work with brokers for moving. I definitely may have loss my client due to their over performance! Absolutely Phenomenal experience. Got into contact with the team, they booked me over the 4th of July weekend after my other movers cancelled on me last minute. Freaking out an going bonkers, a friend of mine gave me their number and said she had a pleasant experience. I have alot of very expensive pieces of furniture and didnt wanna be pushed into a last minute frenzy because I needed the job done with care, moving from a 1st floor 3,200 sq ft home to an upstairs 4,200 sq ft fully furnished. Called up Discounted Moving and Ethan was happy to take my call and book my OUT OF STATE move from Casselberry FL to Myrtle Beach FL. I ended up losing a 500$ deposit because I signed some paperwork with Atlas for cancellation. Discounted Moving still was able to save me money. Great Service! I have used this company over the last 6 years and have delivered always on time and with amazing prices. I was glad to see they still offered the same rate as well as a discount for returning customers. Clarence and Jon did an amazing job moving my office. I felt safe with them and my belongings never have had any damage. We did add a 400lb safe to the move this time and they only charged me $100 extra for the relocation and not .50 per lb like other companies quoted. I gave this man a 5star. When I tell you I literally had no one to help me move my items out this U-Haul truck. Long story short the original movers cancelled me last minute. I had no family no one to ask in such spare. I reach out to discount moving remembering I've use them before. I called and they came drop of dime.
