They offer free lockers that you can use with your own lock to store your items. We recently went to Bay Aquatic Park specifically for their night glow swimming that's offered a few times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6pm-9:30pm. Our group and others around us asked the lifeguards when the lights would turn on since it was after 8:30 and the lights were still not on and the park closed at 9:30. We were told they weren't sure, but likely soon. Around 9pm we heard over the intercom that they were closing the pool due to low visibility so that was the end of our night. It was disappointing since we drove up from Northern Colorado to experience their night glow swimming that we've seen on social media and we didn't get to experience it. Other than that, it was a good experience and we would swim here again.

Their lack of desire or ability to be reasonable and accommodating in their policies would not be successful in a competitive market. If they were to get another job, I would recommend to them the IRS or the DMV, where they could arrive on their first day of work, fully trained in the principles of not providing logical and reasonably accommodating treatment of their customers.

I had to physically call to add more than one person to my household. More of an inconvenience but not straight forward to know to do that..so heads up! But we were able to bring a cooler with lunch and drinks! The concessions were affordable though! They have plenty of play space for all ages! Lazy river and slides for the adventure enthusiasts! And 2 big adult pools as well! They also have "adult nights" which looks like a fun date night or hangout time with friends! They do have cabanas that you can rent.. I didn't feel like we needed one.. but maybe on a busy day you might. It was clean and staff were readily available and friendly! We will definitely be back!

First of all, I would say get there early and be prepared to hustle up and get yourself a table and some shade because those things go quickly. Our friends arrived at 9:45 and we were able to buy tickets and jump in the line quickly. I arrived at 10:05 which it opens at 10 and was lucky to snag one of the few remaining parking spots and then waited in line about 20 minutes to exchange my vouchers for tickets so luckily our friends were there early because they went in and got a table for us. You can bring a small cooler with some lunch which I would recommend as the food they were selling, looked a little rough. The park itself is very clean and well kept the water was nice and warm, which was nice if you're familiar with the frigid waters of the Ilich Gardens waterpark this is not that the kids had fun playing in the sand and they really enjoyed the lazy river my son got to do the diving board for the first time which was pretty sweet. You have to be at least 48 inches to ride any of the slides so unfortunately none of our kids were able to do that overall it was a very positive experience and the other thing I wanted to mention is that the lifeguards are all super nice and super polite, which I don't think I have ever seen.

They have a lap pool and they also have a warmer pool that includes a lazy river and a couple of lap lanes, along with the children's play area. We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy. We've been to lots of rec centers in the Denver Metro area, and this is definitely one of the most accessible
