Very disappointed in customer service. There are too many bigger, better dispensarys in the city to be rude.

I recently just made a purchase and I didn't realize he gave me the wrong one that I asked for he was too high too understand what I was saying maybe that's why he got my order wrong I wish I could get a refund cause I definitely like coming to y'all I kept telling him I wanted just the cartridge but he kept telling me it came together but clearly on the picture it says different plus the mg was much lower last time I had 500mg I loved it this time he only gave me 300mg and that's too low for me I barely feel anything read more

this was my favorite dispensary, but they have gone downhill and I will not go back. Loyal 2x/week customer gone and let this be a warning to anybody in the West Loop who likes this place. It used to be you could "pre order" and be able to get in and out quickly. Not anymore, the new employees spend forever on new customers who seemingly have never used weed, ATMs, or money ever before. Other dispensaries have learned how to serve loyal customers who aren't there to waste time, wish you could have learned that too. One strain had fungus on it. They do not allow you to see or smell the cannabis before you buy it. It's in a black, sealed, zip-top bag. They just show you a picture of it. You'd probably be better off buying the best weed you can find on the street. If you must travel to get cannabis, I would not bother with this dispensary. In fact, I would recommend going to another state if you are from out of state because it is very expensive everywhere in Illinois and they put a sticker on the container that says it's illegal to leave the state with it. read more

Pretty cool location!! I loved the energy I got from bud tenders once inside. Their positive, well informed and well opinionated (was offered a dabbed joint and I almost bought it). Yeah, yeah it's expensive but watcha expect it's Illinois and I do not like street weed. Besides the obvious, the prices on their website include taxes super EASY for check out. This place is really disgusting. No working phone number. Says it closes at 10- always closes earlier. They have blank sales on their website all the time, then the workers act like they don't understand why you're upset. Stopped in on a Friday around 5pm with a friend who was grabbing some edibles. We were the only ones in the place, staff offered help but she already knew what she wanted. I've only ever been in dispensaries on the west coast and compared to them dispensary 33 seemed to have a much smaller selection and very pricey. I haven't been to other ones in Chicago so I'm not sure if that's just how it is around here. They have an online menu so it's helpful to have an idea of what you might want before you go. Only went here since my normal dispensary closes at 6 pm. Hours are good but everything is sooo much more expensive than other dispensaries.
