A pretty okay cannabis dispensary. Nature's Care is one of those located in the West Loop. It has the usual items like edibles and flowers and that kind of stuff. Costs a bit too much. They certainly aren't cheap but they have good pot. I picked up a few edibles. It has a pretty good amount to choose from. The prices are pretty high compared to some other places. A pack of gummies is about $30 for an okay amount. They have some gummies that are vegan but not a lot. A lot of drinkable items and edibles like candy and chocolate. This is some potent shit. Cash only like at most dispensaries. It has a well trained staff who know a lot about the products and they're helpful. The prices are too high to come here often but it's a good place for a treat. read more

This place has a very poor payment system. For some reason they round up your transaction total. My total was around $24, but they said they had to round it up to $30 for some unknown reason and then charge sales tax on the $30 charge- doesn't make sense! Also, check your bank accounts after you buy from here, they swindled $20 from me and my boyfriend on two separate transactions. Called about it and they had no explanations, just told me to call my bank. This place has a sketchy payment system!!! read more

It pains me to say this, but this is not a good dispensary. I want it to be great, if not at least passable: I live in the area and it has a convenient location. But after giving Nature's Care several chances, they continue to fall flat. With more and more dispensaries opening in Chicago, there's no excuse for having an untrustworthy website, poor customer service, and providing an overall poor experience. First and foremost, DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE. I was looking for a purely indica strain to help me get to sleep. Using their website to filter, I found a strain that looked good. Upon getting home and taking a closer look, the manufacturer clearly describes the strain as a hybrid. They have filters for hybrids, be it indica or sativa dominant, but this product was labeled as purely indica. Huge letdown for a product that can't be returned. Next up is their customer service. I got in contact with Nature's Care to let them know about the issue above. Their response was to tell me that they don't create the descriptions on their website, so they don't have a way to update the issue. That's...frightening. Next, they went on to say that I should have checked independent reviews or the grower's website to verify the description. PROTIP: an even easier method is to go to a completely different dispensary that provides trustworthy information. Overall, the interaction made me feel like they thought it was MY FAULT, even though they have inconsistent info. Check other reviews on here for more examples of this. Finally, there's the overall "vibe", if you will. I've been to this dispensary 5-6 times. Each time, the security guards are noticeably pushier than other dispensaries in the area. The layout of the entrance and security checks doesn't make any sense. The cashiers often come off as smug. Every single time I've left Nature's Care, I feel like they don't. Finally, there's something I noticed when I came to yelp to check out reviews and write this one... Check out the area where it shows reviews that are NOT factored in to the overall score. It's strange to me that this shop has so many 5-star reviews from people in California who have 1 or very few reviews. As someone who frequently shops at dispensary's across the nation, I know my weed. I asked for highest thc content and was giving something that turned out not to be highest thca but has a very small thc percentage. Even a quick google will tell you thca and thc are different and affect you differently. I wanted high thc not thca. No returns or exchange so I'm stuck with something I don't want. For these prices that's unacceptable. Will not return there are better options in Chicago and surrounding areas. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in Illinois so far, and I lucked out with it also being the closest to me. I've already been here multiple times, and the employees have ALWAYS been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their selection is AWESOME, and I really appreciate that they put post-tax prices on their online menu. The check-in process is quick and efficient, and I've had zero issues with any products from here. If they allowed dogs, I would probably go here more often than I already do :) read more

Everytime I come into this place I've spent over a 100 dollars.. and each time I come in I have to create a new account to build loyalty points.. even on the third time me coming into the store one of the managers Maura help me with creating a account once again.. come back into the store the next week.. I have no account and the guy at the register over charged me.. I told me and he wouldn't fix the problem.. just stated that I had to sign a peace of paper when I paid cash.. First, it's Black-owned so I'm gonna support. Secondly, excellent prices on cartridges. Most places charge $50-$80 for 0.5 gram cart but I was able to score a High Supply cart 1.0g for $94. Plus it lasted me 2 weeks straight. The service was phenomenal. I was in-n-out unlike other places like Ascend that take your pics and all that, plus make you wait even though you pre-ordered. read more

Employees are nice, but as an expert, please be sure to check the package date, harvest date, and "use by" date. This type of information is important to make sure you're not putting moldy cannabis in your body. Truly, anything after 6 months should be considered trash. The interaction with the security guard was weird before we even got into the building (& he only asked two of the people in our party to lower their masks..hm wonder why?) and once we were in the building he followed our group inside and harassed us in there..saying we couldn't all be standing together and that we needed to move? I've traveled all over the states going to recreational dispensaries and this is by far the worst one I've ever been too. The security didn't know that New Mexico was a state and asked for my passport lol after calling him out on it, he tried threatening me. If your job is to stand around checking ID's, you should at least know the United States terrible staff, rude guard, and unapologetically the worst experience I've ever had. Professional, clean and EXCELLENT product selections! I didn't know what to expect when I arrived because of the COVID-19 restrictions if I they were taking walk-ins. Once I got there the staff assisted me with my order. They have tablets that you can order from if you don't have a pre-order and a rewards program! WORST SERVICE ANYWHERE. Go to the 2 other dispensaries in west loop unless you like attitude and stupidity. I have been in there and got crappy service multiple times but yesterday was so HORRIBLE I am taking time out of my day to complain. I specifically ordered 2 of one item ($30) and we talked about it for 10 minutes how I could only get 2 because the legal limit. I get all the way home and he somehow only sold me ONE - the order was for 2, but he never mentioned any issue he just did not sell me what I ordered. Nope, not a word about why. I think he was so stoned he was unaware of his surroundings. I was so perplexed I called and they said I could come back in and buy more. So now I get to go back 8 blocks in 15 degrees and take another hour today to go back due to their stupidity - and no offer to do anything for me. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS SELLING ME SOME WEED ON DISCOUNT which I am sure was some sort of emolyee promotion. So he did not pay attention to what I WANTED. He tried to sell me what I did not want, then screwed up what I wanted. Terrible first (and prob last) experience here. Came just to get Mary's Medicinal Freeze Balm in a roll on/stick style (hard to find). Even called before placing order to be sure it included both THC and CBD and was a roll on balm as pictured and described on their site and a nice guy confirmed this. I ordered one addit item then when I got there (not close to my house I have other very nice dispensaries within a few mins of my house), the balm was actually a liquid. I said that wasn't what I ordered then they said oh we don't have a roll on balm. WHAT!? I said I even spoke to someone who confirmed this. He was there and said yes I remember I guess we don't have it. I said how could this happen and they said they have no control over how the companies describe their product. Again what???? Of course you should verify that if they say it is a roll on it actually is perhaps they sent the wrong product. So I walked out without getting anything as I can buy the other topicals anywhere including right down the street from my house. Really bad experience and waste of my time. read more
