Chris the sales manager was very rude & smug. He was very unprofessional. I came in the store determined to resolve this problem refunding my account $1289.61 It has been over 6 months. I have contacted Chris via phone and several text messages regarding status of returning the amount of $1289.61. I bought door in February, the barn door ordered with installation parts. It finally arrived on 4/16 and I was told the door was damaged, The door was was dropped when unloading. My family was arriving for spring break from Portland. I was planning on using the door for one of the room for privacy. After hearing about the damaged door after waiting such a long time and Chris suggested $200 discount for the damaged door which I think was not fair and to order new door will take another few months. Therefore, I decided not to reorder. Chris was upset that I didn't want the damaged door not I did not want to reorder, he said what was he suppose to do with the existing door. I didn't think that was my problem. As a customer, the door took lot longer than I anticipated and it was damaged. I did not want to wait another several months. requested full refund amount in May. It is now 11/15/24 it still was not credited back. After leaving several voice mail and text messages and text which I had the proof on my phone. He said he never got any of those voicemail nor the several text asking for status of the refund. I finally decided to go to the store to settle this issue of refund. I was so frustrated having deal with the refund that was suppose to have been done in May and now November. Chris told me it has been processed. I told him I have statement which states otherwise. land After waiting for the door. I was determined to get this accomplished once and for all in person. It it wasn't, I was ready to report this to Better Business Bureau or take it small claims court. I had drive to the store on my busy work day and I had to prove to them it was not refunded. After spending over half an hour them checking through their system, it was not processed. Chris did apologized but he was very smug and try to blame it on me that I should have accepted to take the damaged door. As a consumer why would I. Would you? This process was so frustrating and I was so aggravated waiting for 6 months asking for my full refund and being ignored. All this could have been resolved several months ago if they returned the call or respond to my several. I was in Italy for 2 months this summer and once again left a voicemail and texted and no response what so ever. Finally, proving to them and waiting for them to check on their system proving I was correct. So, I let it be bygone and moving forward I was interested buying new front door at my house and reconsider reordering and Chris responded by he will not sell any doors to me. I was so shocked by his comment. It's me who had to suffer and had to wait several months trying to have them refund my money. I left the store even more angry, he had the audacity to say that to me, I was willing to give them another chance. I would never return to this store. I requested a quote to replace and install a damaged fire door leading from the garage to the main residence. The technician came out to take measurements and told me he would provide the quote that same day. After 2 weeks and no response, I called Next Level Door for an update and either no one answered their phones and/or the message went to voicemail with no return call. I finally got a hold of someone who said the technician who took my measurements would call me back in a few minutes. After a week, still no response. "Ghosting" potential customers is no way to run a business. I called Next Level to explain what happened and to cancel my invoice and they did not seem to care about my business. My original thought was to give a one star but due to COVID I opted for a 2 star. Paid for & order a front door, hardware for the door & new hardware for all of our outdoor doors. Was told 7-10 business days. Needless to say that was not accurate, worst part was the lack of customer service, no one ever reached to us, I called multiple times nothing, come to find out they had a COVID outbreak & were closed for weeks. Finally received the door & hardware due to the holidays could not install until 1/9/21. When the installer came he noticed they ordered a left side door handle & we needed a right. Then they shorted us a handle, come to find out it was sitting on their shelf. They tried adjusting the handle & it broke. We returned the front door hardware & bought one at Lowe's. I hope they get their service in order, the showroom is nice & we like our door. read more

These guys did the doors/windows on a new build we just purchased. Two of the sliders are defective/warping around the locks. A piece was supposed to replaced by some other affiliated company that still hasn't contacted me over a month later. In the meantime, there's more metal warping that doesn't permit me to even open my screen doors fully. read more

Wow couldn't believe the attitude . Came in to see if we could buy or order some set screws .We purchased all the hardware from Next several years ago so we thought they could help us. We walked in and went to the counter there were several people standing around. I was asked what they could do for me She was about 20 feet away from me at the counter which seemed weird, I mean your a business why are you being so stand offish? I told her what we were looking for and she immediately said I'm well we really don't have that . I said we bought all our hardware several years ago and was wondering if she could look it up . She asked he name it was under And I Said our name it it could be under the contractors name. She immediately said she wouldn't have that information? She didn't even look it up I mean I can't imagine that it's that tough of a day that you can't pry yourself off the piller your leaning on and come all the way over to the computer which is 5 feet away to look up a name for us? I mean it's just set screws ? You have a huge warehouse and carry hundreds of products and cant even suggest that they might have a set screw that would fit the door handle I brought in? What a terrible experience and I will never shop , or recommend this place to anyone read more

Buyer beware.... do not order your closets from these people. Poor quality , at a premium price, your better off going to california closets, or IKEA, and you will get a better product.
