I knew I could not go through another tax return with it. The first place I went, I didn't feel confident they would fix it. I went back and picked it up the next day. An on-line search took me to Intrex. As soon as I put it on the counter, the young man said, Oh I can show you what this needs. In 3 days I have a computer that works like you would expect. It cost $100 to have this albatross fixed. I paid more than that because I had them add additional memory in order to put all my photos on it.
