I come here all the time and I absolutely love it but today I came for eyebrows and Rupa did a great job but as she was threading I told her to be GENTLE on my forehead. NOT to thread my whole forehead,I understand this was a simple misunderstanding but I got charged $19 because of the forehead threading instead of it being JUST $12 for eyebrows . I love this place as well as Rupa but make sure your very clear when your talking to the person working on you,or you will end up upset like I am. THis is the PLACE to go to and you wouldnt be complaining about your eyebrows. It is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done.I looked beautiful and even my soon to be my husband noticed me right away of how great I looked. I normally am a high tipper for doing a great job that please my day good. Other threading place on Eastern and Serene, DO NOT GO THERE!I do not want to mentioned the name of that place. I do not CARE what people say about that place. It was horrible experiences for me twice. But, Diva Beauty is the best and am happy. You should go and you will be impressed with their services. I purchased a groupon for eyebrow/lip/chin threading services. I have become a fan of threading in the past year after having an allergic reaction to a waxing session. Although the salon is difficult to spot (its in the back of a retail area), the salon was very clean and nicely set up. The receptionist was friendly and I was attended to in a timely fashion. When I do get a moment to myself, and want to feel beautiful for not too much money, I stop by here to get my eyebrows threaded. I've never had a bad experience here. Threading in general is a slightly painful experience but the atmosphere of this business is clean, peaceful, and overall relaxing. Shaista is my "artist" every time, because she always does my eyebrows perfectly. And I can't even do that. I've had a scar on my eyebrows since I was about 7, because of a huge rock being thrown at my face. So the whole symmetry of my face has never existed until I started going to Shaista. And if I haven't sold you yet, they even offer a points system, where if you accumulate ten visits, they give you a free one. So for $12+tip, I feel beautiful for a solid 2-4 weeks. :) read more

First let me start by saying I am VERY particular when it comes to eyebrows. I did them myself for YEARS because I didn't trust anyone else to touch them. The only women I let come within 10 feet of my brows are Mina or Rupa. They have both been at Diva Beauty for as long as I have been going there, which has been about four years now. I go in once or twice each month and they do a phenomenal job. I have never left disappointed and the threading lasts so long! I love that they recently implemented "Happy Hour" which is discounted threading before noon, Sunday through Thursday. I've been going here for a few years now. They used to be amazing but lately have been making my eyebrows wayyyy too thin. Very friendly staff, I just think they're starting to get complacent with their jobs. Unfortunately, I'm looking for a new eyebrow place after several visits gone wrong even after requesting they just clean them up a little and not to make my brows too thin. Their front desk is constantly making mistakes as well. I have a sister who also goes to this location and they had been putting all of my services under her account so she was repeatedly getting free services with their rewards program. I had pointed it out almost every month for the past year and it never got handled. Finally, one girl saw that they had 2 accounts with my name so they obviously never acknowledged the first name differences. Sad it had to be small things to lose a customer. read more

This place is clean however I wont be back. I haven't come here in quite some time because there are just other places that are better. I had my eyebrows done on Saturday and the woman not only screwed up the shape of my left eyebrow, she cut my skin with the thread. My left eyebrow was shorter than the right eyebrow, she left hairs underneath that should have been cleaned up, and she trimmed the inner side of my left eyebrow in way farther than the right side. I was so upset! I told the receptionist and her only response was "oops sorry, that will be $12". Are you kidding me?!? Then she starts mentioning points received by signing up with my phone number. I don't care what kind of points you give, I've never gained anything from that, nor will I be back to even attempt to gain anything from it. I've come here since the day they opened up shop and they have always provided the best service you could ask for at a place like this. Always clean, the fridge is always stocked with cold waters, after your threading is done, they offer you a piece of chocolate and send you on your way. I have tried many places on my side of town (centennial) and have yet to find one that compares. Definitely the best eyebrow threading place I have ever been to. read more
