When I asked her to position them on my lash line, she snatched one off without warning, simultaneously pulling my lashes off. Then, she got defensive and said she could take the other one off if I didn't like it. After the previous one getting ripped off, I was reluctant to accepting that offer. Her reasoning for placing the strip on my lashes was that my lashes are too curled so it makes it hard for her.
