They need to improve their customer service; I asked questions but got no answers--I don't think she even knows what she's doing. I wanted to ask about a few things, but she didn't even speak English well--she kept saying "eyelaces" instead of "eyelashes." On top of that, they didn't have change. Needed to find a closer threading spot near my new place and I found SOI. I was surprised to see they were open on a Sunday, so I drove over. This is a bright, airy studio space in a tiny strip of a few shops. There were two people ahead of me when I arrived. I checked in at the tablet at the door and in 15mins I was being invited to sit in a chair. Service was great, she checked in with me to be sure I was satisfied with the shape between brows. And suggested more of an arch which really opened up my eyes. $10 for threading is a bit high, but makes sense given the area. And I love that they are open 7 days a week.! read more

I get my brows done here all the time. i know the manager or like the lead girl is super good, but this time akother girl did my brows and she seemed new but she's not good. she took forever and when she would rip the hair put it didn't feel like it was from the root it was like it was incomplete threading. and i don't know why but she was taking so long on me like i don't like how she takes forever bc it's supposed to be fast so it doesn't hurt as much. . it took her 45 minutes to do my brows and lip and i don't have that much hair. that plus incomplete threading. after i still had to tell her she missed spots even though she took forever. didn't put aloe on my lip only my brows. tried to upcharge me when i already selected what i wanted. i think she needs way more training. i rly wanted the manager to do my brows but she had went to the bathroom. read more

This is one of my favorite jewels in Bishop Arts. Eyebrows threaded for only $10 and they do an awesome job. I really don't know what else to say. It's really that good. What's perfect is you can walk in and leave 7 mins later with the perfect brows. They also offer henna tattoos and a great membership deal where you pay roughly $20 for a year and get 20% off of all services for that year your a member. After 10 visits you paid for the membership and now get $8 eyebrows for the remaining membership period. If your in the area, need your brows did and have 7 mins to spare; you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Finally an eye brow/waxing spot in Bishop arts! The owner, Mona, is fantastic and very sweet. My eyebrows look amazing thanks to her after months of the pandemic eyebrow. She also did a quick arm wax, reasonably priced, wax left skin soft and smooth. She was careful to not leave any spots. The salon is clean and they are taking Covid precautions. Wearing gloves and masks while they do your eyebrows and waxing. Also, you can make an appt online to make sure you get in and out. Bonus: they have 20% for the month of January on services! read more

This is my first time here! Conveniently located in bishop arts right around all the cute coffee shops. Parking can be kinda bad (but that's to be expected in this area). I'm VERY VERY particular about my eyebrows because I'm an esthetician myself. I prefer threading over waxing because it is much more precise in my opinion so finding a talented person can be tricky. I was so excited to come here to a new location because I love SOI Eyebrows. But the experience was horrible. Today is June 3, 2022 and I came in around 11:55am. I came in and the lady that had helped me out was on the phone, I'm guessing it was a personal phone call. I got greeted hi, yes. But the rest of the experience and skills fell through. Usually when I get threaded for my eyebrows, I get an angled or arched shaped. But this woman gave me a straight brow and said I have straight eyebrows. This makes no sense. And second, she put pretty hot wax for my upper lip without even letting it cool off a bit. Safety precautions and customer satisfaction are key to businesses. Employees are a direct reflection of a business and management. For me, from what I gathered, this experience from this lady specifically showed the side of SOI that is unprofessional and unskilled at their craft. read more

I was very excited to find a SOI location near my home. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this location. The lady working here was on the phone when I arrived. I assumed she discontinued the call when she began working on my brows, but she really just put the phone down. She finished my brows super quick & OVER-THREADED my brows. They are super thin & uneven. As I was checking out, the person on the phone began joking & she continued the conversation. Do NOT get waxed here. I still have wax on me and they left tons of hair. There was also no aftercare after the wax. I definitely don't recommend and I will never return. read more
