Long story long: my GF gave birth 3 weeks earlier than expected so when mothers day came around I had spaced on ordering flowers. I saw Jaclyn on Instagram and had met her before. I asked if she could squeeze me in and she said she could. Normally I just buy a bouquet from Kroger or Meijer or something but I didn't feel it would do it this time. The flower display I got was beautiful. I'm not a flower expert and you shouldn't let me pick the color of your outfit but the display was well balanced and you could see Jaclyn knew what she was doing. I was also very tight on time and Jaclyn brought it to me while I was working at Black Mamba gym in royal oak. It was so kind of her. I will for sure order my flowers through her again. All to be in Pink. I was assured they would arrive by Noon, that was also written on top of invoice. They did not. I called but was told they were on the way. About 15 minutes before the service was to begin the owner showed up and was picking flowers up off the floor of the van. When i said "Not Cool" I was met with several excuses and told to call the store the next day. Seriously? We were burring my Mom the next day. When i did contact the owner and Nikki in emails i was told they would look into it. Have not heard from them since. $650 in flowers I should at least have heard back from them. We discussed another design with an ombre effect of red on top then pink and then white roses at the bottom. I gave her a $120.00 budget + $20.00 delivery. I asked for a picture before it was sent out since I was out of town and not attending the funeral. I got the picture and noticed one of my daughters names was spelled incorrectly on the card. She said it was already delivered and I requested it be corrected and suggested for her to call the funeral director to replace the card. She sent a new card so that made me satisfied. I have heard the arrangement received many compliments. The attached paper card looks cheap and should be more elegant and sophisticated. It does not match the beauty of the rest of the arrangement. Overall I am satisfied because it looks sweet and feminine for a grandma from her 3 granddaughters.
