For anyone who is trying to increase their business, this business sure knows how to rip you off. They make their prices as they see you coming in the door. Then owner starts-off by trying to entice you with a 20% off for new customers.Their VIP card is just another gimmick to get information from the customer to sell your name. While getting pedicure... I was overhearing what they were charging other customers as I was tuning in. They add $5.00 for everything they use to pedicure your feet. My service attendant did not have her tools together; she had nothing plugged in when given a place to do my nails. She answered her cell phone while doing my nails. This is absolutely, atrocious customer service! LOOK! You're working to provide great service, or you're handling your social life at work, while you're paying customer is waiting!!!! And above all, the owner walked away to wax a woman, while leaving a customer for at least 30 minutes, because the business was money hungry and didn't want to lose the walk-in customer. Okay, I'm done ranting about this business. So, be aware always ask for a price list prior to asking for service from these folks who don't know how to run a business. This was my first visit at this salon. I'm originally from California so I'm use to cheaper prices but hey what can I do? I came to this place despite bad reviews and was really satisfied with how Johnny did my nails. I told him what I wanted and he did just that. He convinced me to do the gel powder which I hope really does make my nails last longer. My sister got a regular full set and it came out really nice. Her nails are really small but he was able to do her nails no problem. There was a bit of a wait but their were only two techs which is understandable besides I'm not very impatient unless I'm in a rush. He was able to do my nails and my sisters at the same time and they came out great. He was really nice and offered me water. I made an appointment for next time and I think I'll try the gel polish next time. I would say just try it out for yourself and see how you personally feel. You can't always go by what reviews say you have to see for yourself. I paid 45 for me and my sister and gave him a tip also. I got 9 dollars back on my rewards card which I can use on my next visit. The sign outside doesn't say so but the one inside specifically says earn 20% off your NEXT visit so just a heads up. Although the they should change that on the front side to avoid conflict. I have been getting my nails done at this salon for a year. The customer service is amazing. The owner does a wonderful job on my nails.

I work at a hair salon and my client had the cutest nails. I asked her where she had them done at and she told me diva nails! So the first time I tried them out I was extremely pleased...even though I was the last one in my nail tech didn't rush and did a great job. I went in the other day and had an appointment for 6 but I wasn't take back until 6:45 when the shop closes at 7, but the owner was more than happy to take me back and took his time and made my nails so pretty I get complimented every day on them!! Even though I walked in for just a fill he talked me into getting powder which went from 20$ to 45$ but in my opinion I'm getting what I am paying for. I love this place. I love that every visit I get cash back and I save up and treat my daughter to a free pedi. I'm really picky about my nails and have bad experiences with other places with lifting but not here. The pedis are my ultimate favorite because of the massages. I always ask for Susan. My wife went there the first time in November. Everything was great. When she went to fix a couple of nails that had broken, they did it free of charge and with a nice attitude. Last week she scheduled an appointment at 10:00, and was there at 9:52. She has to wait until 11:00- one hour wait. Around 10:00, they kept telling her "10 more minutes" over and over again. After she told them that their service was horrible today, and that she shouldn't even have scheduled an appointment, the employee who was working on her nails looked at her and told her, "I don't like customers who complain. Don't complain." So she payed them for advice on how to act, or to do her nails? As the employee was filing her nails with the buffer, they kept getting close to her skin and she would mention that. The employee kept waving her off. In the end, the employee had cut throw the skin surrounding the nail very deeply, and till today, she has that cut. Unacceptable. I like this place . I feel bad because I always forget they dont take electronic tips . I'm sorry diva nails ! I truely am! I feel like a hole . But I rarely come cause I'm in good year . Although the first time I came in here I asked for a clear acrylic. No polish or gel . They guy shaped my nails just right ! I really did like it . He said "for you $40". I had cash on me but damn I didn't think a clear acrylic was gonna be $40. Usually 25$ or 35$ . I had a tip ready the first time I just didn't expect it to be so overpriced . My friend lives more up north in happy valley . She took me to her salon. It's a more high up salon , more well kept ,less people & noise . They shaped the nails very nicely too . He only charged me $30 . So that says something. I only got my nails done once here . I had my eyebrows done here few times and they do great job . Yes the skills in their workers are great ! I just don't know about price . Also every time I come here it's very packed . Long waits . I've seen appointments be overlooked and people get angry . This is one place I will never come back to, as soon as you try to mention you don't like what they're doing or what you wanted didn't come out the way you expected they get upset and start to become disrespectful. They do not take any consideration of what you want. They're only comfortable in what they're doing/used to. Also got a pedicure and my nail was cut so short it was to the skin and blames the fact that I had hit it on something. How is it possible when my toes are in the hands of someone else. Sadly this place is getting worst every time I go... And yes I just don't learn my lesson, maybe because Jacky (I think that's her name since they change their names) wasn't there the last couple of times. I gave the opportunity to one of the nail techs but she did a horrible job that I have to return the next day to get fix couple of uneven nails and I noticed she forgot to put clear polish at the end which I usually get every time I get nails. Last bad experience was today getting my "pedi" it was more like torturous filed toes and she kept asking stupid questions like "who did your nails last time? I can't take off this nail polish, why you choose this color?" she asked so many times that I was about to slap her!!! Horrible !! Went there for my first time today due to the offer for new customers. And was I pleased with the employees! I went in to get a full set and pedi. They started with my pedicure. First of all the lady was very rude and the water was boiling hot ( made my feet red ) hot. Then she kept demanding on how to position my feet, kept being rough on keep over pricing things,over sale, and pinching my toes. The pedicure was decent but not worth going back. Hard to feel relaxed. And so when I sat down to get my full set she began to do a manicure then changed the colors I had picked out. I reminded her nicely that I wanted a full set, then she sat up and said one you wait I no do your nails. And after that I had decided to not get my full set. Apparently only one person does acrylic. And he was horribly rude. He walked up to me and said I do your nails go sit over there now. I replied and told him that I'll be only getting my toes done today. He said no you do nails too it's your first time so I do your nails now go sit. I thought the approach was unacceptable! My family owns a barber shop and we refuse to treat clients in such was. The man stepped away for about five mins (I was waiting for my sister to finish her pedi) he came up to me again and said go sit über there I do your nails now, I do a good job I'll do them in 15mins. First of all a good full set worth paying for does not take 15mins, that's not enough time for good quality work. I refused and said I'm fine. I will Never Go Back Ever Again, first of all the Owner crams every one in All The Time!!!! Well today I waited over an Hour!!! When I was told 10min.... Than was done filling my nails, I noticed Two nails were really crooked & one shaped way different then the other. Normally I don't say nothing, but than I think I pay for my nails tip good too so I'm gonna point this out to him! Well that set him off! He was raising his voice tell me no other Tex wants to work on my nails because the way I am & I don't get expensive nails or any that he suggested me to get!!
