My husband made me an appointment as part of my Mother's Day gift, they took me right away for my pedicure, the lady who was doing my pedicure was told her next appointment was here so she put me to the side to get my toes dried, I waited an hour for my manicure, watched people come and go and I got up paid for my pedicure and walked out, told the owner I didn't have any more time to wait, I've already waited an hour, he said sorry and that was that!!! I was a regular monthly customer until I realized that the tools are not properly sterilized. I spoke with the manager and owner regarding what I saw. The place is super beautiful, and most of all, squeeky clean. They had sterilized instrument packets. I watched as each technician washed his or her hands before and after clients. The basins had liners. They were nice, but not overly chatty. They were friendly and helpful to each other, and seemed to enjoy their work, which is nice to see and makes for a nice vibe. My pedicure was excellent. It was better than most nail salons and it was not expensive. You could upgrade to various types of herbal pedicures, but I just got the classic and it was great. There are other salons in the area that are more expensive and there are others that are about the same price, but the experience in those places is nothing like the spa experience at Diva. I came to diva nail salon with a group of four girl friends, we were walk ins with no appointment. When we walked in a strong relaxing smell hit us and we sat downing the waiting area as we waited to be taken. We had a short wait of 10-15 minutes until we were taken, and my manicure looked nice in the end. However one of my friends came in with blue nail polish on and they had not taken it off throughly enough because you could see the blue nail polish under her white nail polish. While this was unfortunate the rest of our nails looked great!The experience was good and I would recommend diva nails as long as you take you polish off before you come. I called over Memorial Day weekend and she was able to get me in quickly. I got the top choice spa pedicure with roses and lavender which included the scrub - paraffin - the works! I have never had a more pleasurable experience in my life! My technician was Mana and she was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this facility and Mana! I know I will be back. Went here my first time to get a gel mani and milk/honey pedicure with a hot stone massage for my college graduation! It was the best decision ever! I had so many compliments on my nails and they lasted 2/3 weeks without a chip or peeling. I returned my second time for another gel mani because the service and quality was irresistible! Just stopped in for a mani/pedi with my mom. Owner/manager was very courteous and sat us right away. The staff did an excellent job! We went with the basic mani/pedi and I was very impressed with the level of service. Foot and calf massages, hot towel wraps for our legs... They really took their time on us! The deluxe options look wonderful and include aromatherapy with essential oils and hot stone massages. We'll have to try them out next time! Prices are very responsible for the area. We went here about 2 weeks ago for 2 manicures. We were told by a gentleman it would be about 15 minutes. After waiting 45 Minutes and not being taken for a manicure we said we'd come back. The place itself looks nice and it is relaxing but they charge way too much. My husband n I got the classic pedicures and I brought my own gel polish. They charged me an extra $15 for gel polish alone. My husbands ended up costing $45 for a lack luster pedicure when their website said classic was $30. I asked what an acrylic manicure with gel polish cost and they told me $35 which is $5 more then what I pay at lotus nails. We will not be coming back here again. Hands down, best pedicure I've ever had. Lasted over an hour and the massage and product were amazing. We did not do it, but they offer a pedicure package where you can actually make the product they use on you. They have big vials of different ingredients to choose from. Wow! Went here based on Yelp reviews and did one of their specialty pedicures. Very comfortable massage chairs, super clean, and the technician who they all referred to as "mama", was thorough and gave me the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. I sat next to a couple locals and everyone was in good spirits, even on a rainy day. If you want to relax at the beach or its a rainy day, head here for some true indulgence and pay the extra for the extended herbal pedicures. When the salon first opened I was a regular satisifed customer. Recently for whatever reason the salon has gone down hill. Last time I visited one of the male techs (possibly owner) was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. Even his wife told me " he is having a bad day". But lately I have noticed the salon's cleanliness and operational standards have slipped. Recently I visited and wasn't even acknowledged upon entering.
