Ok, I'm super duper picky about my nails. I work with my hands, and my nails need to look AMAZING. I moved here 3 months ago. I've been to 5 nail salons? And the first 4 were terrible. Nails chipping and popping off after 3 days? Chunky, ugly and cheap looking? I was so frustrated! Well, 5th time's a charm! I called this salon at the suggestion of a personal trainer I know (Nelma). She said, "call and ask for Trey or Anna! They're great". She was right! I went for a pedi, a fill and a repair of 2 broken nails. I got Anna. She did both the mani and the hands. Amazing. She did not hurt my toes. The bowl had the plastic liner. The utensils were sterilized or new. The polish looks great. Then, she did the repair, fill, shape and polish on my fingernails. All I can say is Wow! They're perfect. Thin. A dainty, tapered shortish square coffin shape. They are flawless. Just lovely. So, if you want junky nails? Go somewhere else. But, if you want beautiful nails? Call Anna (or Trey, I watched what he did on other clientstoo). Just don't take my appointment time, cuz I'm all about me! Seriously, I couldn't be happier. I had to tell the man what to do. Polish came off the next day on the Pedicure. Was a horrible experience. Manicure never smoothed out and you can see where each coat began and ended. NT Nails Salon & Spa The two stars are for their availability and the fact that the staff was pleasant. But after my visit, I now understand why they had openings. I know my feet aren't exactly what you'd call "cute"--more like hobbit feet if I'm being honest--but that doesn't mean they needed to paint my toes like they were blindfolded in an art class. There was polish all over my toes, half of my skin, and yet somehow, parts of my actual toenails were left completely unpainted. It cost me $95 for an adult and child pedicure, plus tip, and if you can believe it, I left with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. Yes, worse! I went here for a mani/pedi. My nail tech did not know how to do nails. My pedi looks like I never had one. I asked for my fingernails to be buffed smooth and she refused to do it properly until a guy working there came over to see what we were talking about. He gave her another buff pad, she attempted for a few minutes and quit. My nails are not smooth. Worst mani/pedi I've ever received. read more

I took my daughter for us to get our nails done on vacation. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure for her. They ended up quickly painting each without the entire treatment. They never put her feet in water or did any massages to her hands or feet. The paint ended up chipping almost immediately that day. She also asked for pink on her toes and they did blue. They also did dots as a design which she did not want. They then charged for an adult mani/pedi. They clearly wanted to rush us out to move onto the next customer. read more

They need to be more transparent with their pricing. I've had my nails done here several times before, but this time when my manicure was complete and it was time to pay they tacked on a fee for removing the polish that was on my nails when I got there. I have never heard of being charged for polish removal if they are going to be paid for a complete manicure. It adds insult to injury for the already exorbitant prices charged for services. So disappointed. The 2 stars is for the convenience of them taking walk-ins. read more

very disappointed in this place. They had great reviews but our experience was not good. They rushed us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Barely scrubbed the bottoms of our feet and did not even dig under the toe nails to clean. For 40.00 I expect what I paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was a walk in for a gel manicure at this salon. Staff was very friendly and accommodated me right away. The woman doing my nails did a decent job shaping my nails and I'm overall pleased with the manicure, although she didn't massage my hands or anything. However the real downsides to this salon are the tool cleanliness. She pulled out all of her tools from a kind of dirty box, and I could tell none of them had been thoroughly sanitized- maybe just washed. And the nail file/buffer/and drill heads all had nail dust on them from previous clients. Also she only had one UV lamp for curing my nails, and it was a handheld one that I had to restart on my own by taking my hand out and back in for the motion sensor- which was fine but very involved and not what most salons do. She also was texting on her phone during my manicure and she messed up a little bit on my left hand and didn't really fix it (included image). Also saw one of the male employees fiddling with his own nails with tools at a different station and then he put them back in the box! That was kind of gross. The cleanliness is a big miss for me, but it would work in a pinch, especially since it's a beach location. read more

This was the best pedicure I've had in a LONG time! Henry really took his time and was incredibly meticulous to details. I highly recommend the spa pedicure. He massaged my calves/feet during the scrub and with lotion. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because although the place was extremely clean and well kept, the TV was on with some fighting movie and it was hard to relax at first. I have a property in Rehoboth Beach and stay here most of the summer. Although I always get my nails done back home I was a little weary about using a nail salon here in Rehoboth Beach. I had an appointment today to get a spa pedicure and a manicure done. Tracy was the nail technician who helped me. She did a phenomenal, phenomenal job! I have gone for hundreds of pedicures and never in my life walked out mid-pedicure. The man was rough and manhandling me. He never actually touched the cuticle clippers to my feet, he just pretended to. When he started to clip my tow nails, I explained that I had already cut them and he would only need to file them. He got annoyed at this and said if he filed "he could hurt me." I then requested to wait for another staff member to finish my pedicure. Love this place - the salon is clean and neat with all the polishes organized by color and type on the wall. And talk about a foot massage! I got a full 5 minute rub on each foot! Something other salons rush through. I had regular polish put on my toes and the guy used a small fan to dry them in between coats! Meticulous! Great experience and I will be back in the future!!! If I could rank less than one star, I absolutely would. I went in there for nothing more than a soak off, because I had overgrown acrylic tips, and simply did not want them anymore. Instead of soaking them at all the "nail tech" decided to dry pry them off of my fingers with another acrylic tip she had taken from her drawer. Not only did this strategy slice my finger open initially, before she bent into a flatter shape too then pry off my nail beds, damaging the nails beneath which were a 1/4 inch long naturally beneath my old set that she chopped to the stubs, but also decided to rip a chunk of my nail and skin completely out of its nail bed, instead of soaking it off or trying any other method from her dry prying. This was after I told her twice that it was hurting on that finger and she said it was my fault somehow when she realized my finger was dripping blood. After this damage she inflicted on me physically I still paid her full price for a soak off, she was then rude with me and sassily said "bye" when she handed back my card to my bloody hand. If you care about your physical well-being at all or any amount of respect being put into your nails, do not go here ever as neither a tourist nor a local. read more

The tech was fast, efficient, and cautious with the tools, I don't know if because of or in spite of my diabetes. My biggest complaint was the poor ventilation. Between the shellac and nail polish smells proliferating the store, I was relieved to leave and walk outside into the hot and humid Rehobeth August afternoon air. I went to NT Nails & Spa for the first time after having tried so many other nail salons in the Rehoboth area. I was the only customer in the salon and was greeted nicely when I came in the door. Since this was new salon for me, I had called earlier that day to ask the pricing of a full set, and the lady that answered the phone told me it was $25. After arriving and being seated, my experience plummeted horribly. My nail technician did not speak to me once besides asking the length on my nails, which I responded that he keep them shorter. He kept getting up and down, and would disappear into the back. He acted like he did not want to be there and did a very poor job overall on my nails (I've had them for only 4 days and they already looks grown out and chipped). I went to pay for the nails and another man came out from the back and informed me it would be $35 and not $25. When I asked why he informed me its $30 for a full set, which was not what I was told when I called earlier. And he also said my nails were considered long (when I asked for them on the shorter side) and charged $5 for length. The service from the nail technician and the extra charges added onto my bill will definitely stop me from ever going back there again. read more

I called and asked if they could accommodate me for a mani/pedi in 15 minutes and the manager said yes, no problem. I get there and there were 4 people waiting. Everyone was busy and ignored me completely. I asked one of the women if she had been the one I spoke with. She said no-my manager-she is coming out now. The manager comes out and starts ringing people up to pay. I got in line and when I asked her about my appointment she acted passively and basically ignored me. This place was awesome! I was visiting my family in Seaford and we planned on shopping at the outlets in Rehoboth. I called the day before and asked for an appointment for 5. With the busy beach season, I had already called two other places who said they couldn't accommodate us on a Friday morning. NT Nails & Spa said they could and asked what time we wanted, so very accommodating! Last minute, two of my daughters' friends wanted to come so we actually ended up being 7. When we arrived, we apologized for having 2 more in our party, but they were fine with it and took us right in. We all had mani's and pedi's and we were done in about an hour...for all of us! They were efficient and friendly. The place had a steady influx of customers while we were there and they managed to help everyone. We come back to Delaware every summer and will definitely make NT Nail & Spa one of our stops! read more

This place deserves NO stars. Worst nail place I have ever gotten service from. Definitely not worthy of being in Rehoboth, which is an excellent town with great spas and offerings of any kind. In short, they need to get run out of here. The employee who worked with me was rude and had zero concept of customer service. I had the pleasure of experiencing the worst gel fill in the history of nail art (in fact, I should have asked a four year old to do it). My request for a french tip manicure touch-up was ignored, I got attitude when I asked the technician to briefly remove her mask when speaking because I read lips, and with her work, she managed to seal in all the dirt from my the chips in my old manicure that I was precisely there to fix. Also,just like the next guy, I appreciate creativity - but I don't believe creativity includes filing nails in geometrical shapes that don't exist. I was then charged FIFTY dollars and ushered out as I attempted to ask if I could have the tips done. "Just the tips!" I pleaded.... "just the tips???" The answer was to come back in 3 hours, which was made clear to me that this was their version of doing me a favor- a HUGE favor. Did not engage with us until a white man came in after us of which they quickly engaged with him until we said something about it. Then, they took us, sat us, gave one of us the full pedicure service, another sort of complete service, one they stopped in the middle and left him not done and the fourth, they tried to start without finishing the third. One of the best pedicures I've ever had!! They were very thorough in every step of the process, from cutting my cuticles to the very in depth foot massage. They were very nice and friendly. Price was very good considering how wonderful the pedicure was! It was $28 for the whole pedicure, whereas other places cost upwards of $40 for the whole pedicure. The man who did my nails did the worst job I have ever had in all the years I've been doing my nails. He did not know how to shape them and he made them way too short. The polish job was horrible uneven, dull and he just left them dirty. When I complain to the manager, she just was smiling and saying yes yes yes and did nothing. Just got a pedicure and I need to get a another pedicure now. My toes looked better before I went in. Don't let the older lady with glasses give you a pedicure. She is sloppy. My toenails are uneven and I got the worst polish job ever from her. She totally just rushed me through. It was more like I got foot wash instead of a pedicure.
