My friend and I called on a Saturday afternoon asking about pedicures and they took us in at 3pm. We walked in and they sat us right away. My friend's technician started first and then mine was a few min behind, but that was fine we weren't in a rush. Because of Covid, they have you pick out your nail color when you're sitting down and we were also pretty spaced out from other people. They did a pretty good job. My technician rushed a bit so it wasn't the best pedicure I've ever had but it was decent. They let us sit in the chairs while our nails dried which was nice, the massage chairs are the best part! At the end they charged my friend incorrectly on her CC so it took a bit to figure all that out. Overall it was enjoyable but not the best I've ever had. read more

Stopped in for a manicure and pedicure when we first got into town and the place was really nice inside. The two technicians who helped my friend and I were very nice and took us right away. I really enjoyed the Pedicure with the calf massage. I believe it was 50 for both and thoroughly enjoyed myself here and would go back! read more

I went in without an appointment because I couldn't get in anywhere else- they said they could take me and I was immediately able to sit down. I asked to soak off gel nails and get a standard manicure. I was helped by a man (presumably one of the owners), he started with an e file. I told him I wanted to soak off and not use the file so as not to damage my natural nails. He assured me he was just staring with the file and would soak off after. He used a product to dissolve the gel and and immediately went back in with the e file and damaged the surface of my nails. Unlike other salons I've been to, no nail oil or lotion was used, otherwise standard. The final product looks fine but I am upset that they used the file after I explicitly said not to. The absolute worst pedicure experience I've ever had coupled with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. I'm a 35 year old mom who is generally pretty easy going. I was happy to be spending time with a friend and I did not have exceptionally high expectations for a great pedicure. The technician who did my pedicure filed both of my big toenails down so far that she cut the nail bed. I asked her to stop filing because it hurt. She said one of them was still uneven, but I asked her not to continue. I didn't realize how bad it was until the next morning. Both nail beds had visible cuts and walking was painful. Walking in the sand and putting my feet in the ocean was excruciating. I called the salon to complain and ask for a refund. They offered me a free pedicure next time I came in. I was on vacation and had already left the area. I won't be back for at least a year and quite honestly, I wouldn't return to this salon regardless. I asked for a refund but the manager wasn't able to do that without talking to the owner. I asked her to have the owner call me. The salon called back later and offered me a refund only if I came back to the salon and got it in cash, even though I had paid with a credit card. I asked for a refund on my card but they told me that they didn't care to do that. I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card company. The friend I was with had a good experience with her pedicure, but I wouldn't risk the possibility of a terrible experience by going here. read more

We called and got an appointment for the same day.... perfect as we were at the beach and wanted a relaxing day. We did manicures and pedicures - gel on our toes and dip powder on our nails. The technicians did a great job. Very satisfied. Our nails look beautiful! The only complaint I would have is that although there is a list of prices on the wall, they were very good at up selling and I walked out of there having spent a bit more than I had anticipated. read more

Needed a quick mani and pedi since my nail broke and my pedi had chipped. I as so pleasantly surprised to find this salon! It was off the boardwalk and right in town! The staff and service are excellent. The pedicure was so nice the girl took her time and was so friendly keeping a nice conversation going the entire time, it wasn't awkwardly quite like most places. I was also pleased to see they offer sns dip nails and I was a little hesitant since a lot of places claim to know how to do them nicely and they don't. Well these guys definitely do, I like my dip nails more in the natural side and she had no problem doing so! This is definitely my new salon when I'm in the area, so glad to have found them :) prices are fair as well, I would figure due to there location and being so convenient there prices would be higher but it's the same I pay at my local salon here in NJ. Not a great mani or pedi... The lady was rushing through my services she didn't even clean up the cuticles AT ALL!!!! I was looking so forward to a mani /pedi she rushed through it, rudely talking nonstop to her coworkers. The paint looked like it was put on by a 5 year old in the dark. A lady stopped me outside the salon asked if I liked the salon and I pointed to my toes and she actually said, "That is an awful paint job not going in there"! A total stranger!! A man did my hands also not great at all, seemed rushed he asked me 10x if I wanted a gel told him each time yes gel it was weird! He seemed oblivious to keeping the light on my fingers more than 20 sec a drying cycle. I finally stood up for myself and said he didn't clean the cuticles and for him to please go back and repaint the side of my nails, this took a lot of convincing. The nails were bare on the sides. He finally did and at least the polish would cover up what he did not do. My friend had a lot better experience probably the best employee in the shop, he was a younger guy, and cleaned up her nails nicely. Almost no massage at all on the hands or feet not relaxing. So sad a salon like this has such prime property get some training for these employees or find a better salon to fill the space sooooo many better ones out there! read more

Oh Lawd...this place. Such poor service. They filed my skin raw on both my pedicure and manicure. The technician was making appalling sounds while filing my feet. The manicurist refused to do any design I asked...because it would "take too long" and when I showed her a picture of just solid colors FINALLY .. she wouldn't help me find a color that matched. I have nail polish all over my fingers and open wounds to compliment my new mani. Be prepared to be charged $80 for something a 5 year old could do.....except at least a child would be a nice human. read more

Went to a different nail salon and they had no availability. Clean and very nice! All employees were very kind and did a great job. $30 for a pedicure and $45 for a mani and pedi. Manicure by itself is $18. Totally worth the price for such a great experience! read more

My friend and I called ahead to see if they had space for us since we were on our way. They told us to come at 11 am and wait just in case they finished early with their previous callers; the conversation over the phone was very confusing overall. When we got there, the technicians told us they booked another appointment since the time that we called even though they never offered us an appointment. We were told to come back at 11:45 am and has to wait about 30 minutes for them to get us started. Everything was extremely rushed and careless; they did not take care of our nails at all. After a few days, my nails started chipping and underneath the nail polish, my nails are white and layering because the nail polish destroyed my nails. Terrible service do not go here. read more

The salon looks spiffy, but they have some bugs to work out. With an appointment, I spent 30 minutes soaking and the technicians were nowhere near ready to take me. The young man taking appointments and running foot baths jumped in and removed polish for a few of us, but they simply did not have enough staff for the appointments and walk-ins they accepted. When I realized the woman next to me was a walk-in, who arrived after me and had a tech assigned while I was still soaking, I dried off my feet and walked out. I've been here a number of times and I've always been rushed through. There's a man who's always there who really shouldn't be in this type of business. He's a little rude and his pedicures are not pleasant. I took my daughter and my daughter-in-law there recently and he finished my daughter-in-law's pedicure in 10 minutes. I live in Rehoboth Beach and can walk to this place, but I will not return here and will advise all my guests to avoid it. read more

I've never experienced such poor service at a nail salon. The manicurist left me to attend another client. That was fine: it was brief and to oay. But then, she decided to count money. When I asked her to continue my manicure, she snapped at me and continued counting I waited a minute or two, but left. Even in a leisurely paced beach area, service is still expected at a salon. read more

Whether you'd like to get a mani or pedi, Tre is the guy to see! I've been to various nail salons as well as technicians in the Rehoboth area. None have beat Tre! He is very consistent and does your nails in a timely manner. He's also extremely patient, as I've gone into the salon not having a clue of what I want....Yet, I've always left more than happy with my end results. Beautiful, clean, professional! I'm here for the weekend and decided to get my nails done and I read good things about this place so I have it a try. And I wasn't disappointed one bit! They open at 10 and we walked by at 9:20 and the open sign was on so I popped in and asked if they were open and the owner was wonderful and so nice. Told me to come right in. While the staff here was so kind and accommodating but I was disappointed with the manicure I got (though the pedicure was perfect). I got a gel manicure and a lot of polish went onto my cuticles. Not only did it look a bit odd, but since it was gel, as soon as my nails started to grow just a bit, the seal broke and the gel started to peel off. I've only had this manicure for a few days and it's already peeling. The reason I chose gel was so the nails would last longer. read more
