I've been here once before for a pedicure and it was quick and great. This time however, we waited for 45 minutes after our appointment time and this was the result of my pedicure. They didn't cut my cuticles, the nails aren't filed evenly, and the paint is worse than I can do myself at home. I will not be back. read more

I have been coming here for years often with and without appointments. The services are always fine. Not the best I have received, but also not the worst. My complaint today is with the male manager. I walked in and asked twice how long a wait would be. I was told I would be taken right away. After fifteen minutes, I inquired and was told that others in front of me were getting spa pedicures and I would have to wait longer or come back later. I would have appreciated more candor and honesty when I walked in and asked how long the wait was. I was pressed for time and could have gone somewhere else if I knew there was a 15 to 30 minute wait. Next time, be honest with your customers rather than being dishonest. read more

Called to schedule pedicures and they were rude on the phone, telling me about CC fees and cash policy. My daughter and I were put in chairs too far away to talk. My technician was not remotely interested in giving me a pedicure, her child was present and requesting her attention. She left me in hot towels so long they became cold. I upgraded by pedicure which should have come with a ten minute massage yet she rubbed my feet for three minutes. I will not be back. read more

When we made the appointments we were told that if we had been vaccinated, we would not be required to wear masks. When we arrived we were told we had to show our vaccination card for service. Excuse me? Well I don't travel with my personal medical information. I'm all for safety and cleanliness but their Covid protocols were so over the top it made the whole experience bad. Just bad. Also, he cut me twice and left my hand for longer than one minute in the machine. Everyone knows that the machine burns your nails. My fingers are in pain. This place is so great, I cannot say enough good things about it. I discovered this salon about a month prior and set an appointment for a mani/pedi. I arrived 10 min early and they attended me right away. Nora was so sweet and very gentle, she did an amazing job and I received so many compliments. I returned again a few days ago without an appointment. It was fairly busy, but I waited no longer than 5 minutes. Dustin was awesome and did my nails in a coffin shape. I love them! I keep wondering why I bother going to this place. Vance did my toes and fingers today and managed to make one toe and three nails bleed. He said not one word, did the worst manicure, so bad the woman in the next chair said "didn't you get your fingers done?" My fingers are raw, sore and bleeding, nails are irregular size, shape and polish is almost non existent. There has to be a better alternative to this. I've been going here for about a year now. I wouldn't rave about their pedicures but I was always happy with the dip manicures. Today, they lost a regular customer in me. The last time that I had my nails done, I was traveling out of state, so had my nails done elsewhere. I was told today that they had to charge an additional $5 because I had my nails done somewhere else. When I asked the reason, I was told it was for "extra labor" to take the polish off. So, if it's their polish they are taking off, no problem, but if it's another salon's polish, they penalize you? I'm not arguing over $5 but I will argue over shady business practices. Not sure if they realize they are violating antitrust laws. Side note: They will rush you through your mani/pedi, so if you're looking for any type of pampering or relaxation, this is not the place! It's all about the money to them! Pedicures last 20 minutes tops, they never clean up your cuticles, and the leg massage is either too rough and painful or a quick wave over your leg, depending on the technician. My husband stopped going because of how rough and uncomfortable the pedicures were. I won't name the person that always did my nails (I always tried to like them, but they were consistently rough and could be rude. Like talking about the client before me and how "she needs to be on meds. She's crazy!" all because she moved her hand and he snapped at her, so she said she wouldn't be back). I should have known then that this wasn't a business I should support. Rant over. Looking for a better/nicer nail salon to support. read more

High quality, friendly staff. We had to book an appointment, highly recommend to book an appointment. They stay very busy seasonally. They were very patient with my 10-year-old who join me for pedicures for both of us while we were on vacation. The pedicurist for my daughter cooled down the stones for the white tea spa package, customized it to make sure she was very comfortable. Rebecca made my nail experience very stressful not relaxing at all, does not know how to talk to customers, or the employees works with, rude, rushing you to pick color and get to seat, all upset at any changes, trying to fit a customer in, that just walked in, was not happening, and she made them feel unwelcome, good way to lose customers, if it continues. read more

I called them to see if they had space for a last minute pedicure appointment for myself and my husband - they said yes and to come in. We got there 10 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes. The place was pretty busy tor a Tuesday. Because it took so long, and my husband was soaking his feet for another 15 minutes, we decided to skip his pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was apologetic for the delay and because at this point I was rushing to get this done and get us to our dinner reservation, I told him to do whatever he can as quickly as possible. I got the most basic pedicure- no massage, no scrubbing, one coat of polish and paid way more than I have ever paid getting a full spa pedicure. This place is WAY overpriced. It's always tricky when you find yourself out of town and you need your nails done. Look no further, this place is fantastic, friendly, clean and very COVID-19 savvy. I'm sure most of the technicians are great ( because lots of clients were very happy when leaving) but Kenny is awesome and funny all while doing a beautiful set of powder dip nails. When me and my daughter walked in and picked our colors my daughter nail tech come over and took her shoe off. Then my daughters nails are all crazy and not nice she filled them to short or not enoug. This was our first time going to this nail salon so we did not what to expec from this salon. This place was amazing. So amazing it inspired me to get a yelp account and tell everyone about it. Normally I read other reviews and make a determination off of what others have written. So here I go my first review. I my job takes me all over the U.S., so I have been to various nail spa. Most of the spa's that I have been to are more about quantity not quality. What first caught my attention about Diva Nails and Spa was their mission statement. ,,,,,"Among many of our priorities are grade-A sanitation standards, client-focused attention,,,,," When I walk into the spa I was greeted by an amazing aroma and I noticed how clean the spa was. My technician Michelle was AMAZING, she was extremely thorough. The Chairs they have are top of the line. not just some cheap uncomfortable chairs. The atmosphere was soothing. The treatments for your hands and/or feet are completely customized to your needs. Michelle even let me smell Yes if I'm ever in the area again I will go back the lotions and sugar scrubs before she applied them, which was a first for me and a great surprise. One other thing I would like to add, I went close to closing time and with this being the case I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like Michelle was in hurry because it was time to go home. She is a true professional and I HIGHLY recommend her and the shop. read more

First t8 e going wanted to start with a basic mani pedi apparently that did not qualify me for quality service. clinician spent first 15 minutes of my pedicure on a personal call, walked away in the middle of the call and then returned to complete my service. No apology and never asked my preferences. She was going to use old files on my nails until I asked, she then said she could use the file from my pedicure. Did not feel it was a clean as it should have been. More interested in speed than quality service. A bit pricey too, willing to pay if service supported it. read more

This salon is price gouging!! The mani/pedi was mediocre at best. I should have did it myself and bought a weeks worth of groceries instead. I don't appreciate the sneaky attempts to add on to a bill that's already at 90+ for a BASIC mani/pedi with NO add on's. Where does this salon get off?
