This nail salon is without a doubt the WORST I have ever encountered. My stepdaughter went in for a dip powder manicure on her natural nails, and the results were nothing short of a complete disaster. First and foremost, the technician clearly lacked any semblance of skill. Her nails were cut to completely different lengths and shapes - it looked like a child had taken scissors to them. The dip powder application was equally atrocious. It was caked on so thick and unevenly that her nails look bulky and lumpy. There's no smooth finish whatsoever, and the color is patchy in areas. It's truly a horrendous job that any amateur could have done better. However, the truly unforgivable part of this experience was the ROACHES. Yes, you read that right. We actually saw multiple roaches crawling around the salon. One scurried across my stepdaughters foot while my she was getting her nails "done." This is not only disgusting and unsanitary but also completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that is supposed to be focused on hygiene. We are absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, the terrible quality of the nail service, and the shockingly unhygienic conditions of this establishment. This wasn't just a bad manicure; it was a truly disturbing experience. Returning the next day to request a full refund was met with extreme resistance from the owner, Amy. Instead of acknowledging the terrible quality of the service, she offered excuse after excuse, insisting it was an "easy fix." However, my stepdaughter understandably wanted nothing further to do with this salon and certainly didn't want them touching her nails again. When I declined a redo, especially given that my stepdaughter was leaving for vacation in a few hours, Amy incredibly offered us a gift certificate. I politely declined, explaining that after such a negative experience, we would never return, making a gift certificate useless. We simply wanted her money back. As a young person who works hard for her limited income, my stepdaughter was deeply upset by the completely unsatisfactory job and deserved a refund. Despite more excuses and insistence on her part, the owner only offered a paltry $25 refund on the $111 spent for both a manicure and pedicure. This response was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly, save yourself from the potential health hazards of this dreadful place. We will be sure to share our experience widely. DO NOT GO HERE!

All the other nail salons use acrylic and tips and here I can just use all my natural nails without issue! They use a high quality builder on natural nails and can even fix your nail when it breaks. Any other salon will make you get a tip. I hate Tips or anything fake for that matter. Every nail tech is highly skilled. Payton has been doing my nails since Ralphina moved away from Pensacola. V does a wonderful pedicure. They don't use water so it's super sanitary. Also they use an e-file with a round disc for pedicure bit to buff your feet and they feel so soft afterward. Not like the files and graters people use in other nail salons. Your feet end up so so smooth. Every salon In PANAMA does it this way, so it was shocking to me that I couldn't find a salon in the US or in Pensacola that had this buffing system that I experienced in Panama until I found Vibar. I am so hard to please, or maybe I just have had so many disappointing experiences that I was in complete shock by the professional, detailed and patient service I received today! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant smile and asked politely what service could they provide for me. I mentioned just a mani and pedi. Vin (sp), took her time with me. She was very detailed and took her time to care for my cuticles, took her time with massages and the polish was carefully applied. We didn't talk much.
