WARNING: The following review describes unsanitary conditions that some readers may find disturbing. Absolutely Disgusting and Incompetent - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This nail salon is without a doubt the WORST I have ever encountered. My stepdaughter went in for a dip powder manicure on her natural nails, and the results were nothing short of a complete disaster. First and foremost, the technician clearly lacked any semblance of skill. Her nails were cut to completely different lengths and shapes - it looked like a child had taken scissors to them. The dip powder application was equally atrocious. It was caked on so thick and unevenly that her nails look bulky and lumpy. There's no smooth finish whatsoever, and the color is patchy in areas. It's truly a horrendous job that any amateur could have done better. However, the truly unforgivable part of this experience was the ROACHES. Yes, you read that right. We actually saw multiple roaches crawling around the salon. One scurried across my stepdaughters foot while my she was getting her nails "done." This is not only disgusting and unsanitary but also completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that is supposed to be focused on hygiene. We are absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, the terrible quality of the nail service, and the shockingly unhygienic conditions of this establishment. This wasn't just a bad manicure; it was a truly disturbing experience. Returning the next day to request a full refund was met with extreme resistance from the owner, Amy. Instead of acknowledging the terrible quality of the service, she offered excuse after excuse, insisting it was an "easy fix." However, my stepdaughter understandably wanted nothing further to do with this salon and certainly didn't want them touching her nails again. When I declined a redo, especially given that my stepdaughter was leaving for vacation in a few hours, Amy incredibly offered us a gift certificate. I politely declined, explaining that after such a negative experience, we would never return, making a gift certificate useless. We simply wanted her money back. As a young person who works hard for her limited income, my stepdaughter was deeply upset by the completely unsatisfactory job and deserved a refund. Despite more excuses and insistence on her part, the owner only offered a paltry $25 refund on the $111 spent for both a manicure and pedicure. This response was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly, save yourself from the potential health hazards of this dreadful place. We will be sure to share our experience widely. Overall I like coming to this establishment so this rating is solely based on the experience I had on the day of service which was 7/12/21. I have always gotten great work done here until this day. Today I came in for a pedicure with white tips and two acrylic tips added to my big toes. The person I had, had not done my toes there before but I assumed he would get the job done. My pedi and foot message was amazing but when it came to applying the acrylic nail even I know you are suppose to add the base powder to give it a clean look so you can not tell where the acrylic nail and my natural toe nail meet but that was not done and you can clearly see the acrylic nail. He then asks what shape I want. I state square, which anyone would assume all of your toes would be done the same way NO, not this guy he gives my two big toes the square look and the rest of my toes and oval look which I made him redo. If I had not been ready to go after sitting there for over 45min with him asking for help everytime I asked him to redo something I would've asked for another tech. Guess it depends on the day... Overall I went to this salon on 4 different occasions in the hopes that I found a place that would replace my salon after moving from Tampa. My visit prior to today wasn't as great as the first 2 and thought maybe it was a fluke so returned today. I asked for a gel manicure. My existing nails were regular gel and they got hella filed down (goodbye thick natural nails!) to the point the drill was starting to get hot which hasn't happen since I stopped getting acrylic nails like a decade ago. Red flag one. Then after trimming my nails I was asked to go wash my hands after not receiving the actual manicure part of cleaning up cuticles mail bed etc. and when I asked if they stopped doing that with the gel manicure the response was they forgot. Red flag two. Finally, they began painting and I ended up with 4 coats, the least amount I've ever gotten at a salon ever for a gel manicure, my thumb isn't even fully opaque from the color. Red flag 3. I also had to break out my own file when I got into my car to clean up rough edges. Still on the hunt for a replacement salon. Extra star for the lady at the desk always being nice and accommodating. read more

I had to go in at last minute and they took me in nicely. I like that due to the COVID-19 circumstances they were on top of cleanliness and CDC guidelines. It felt safer than other salons. The doors are locked to maintain capacity and safety , they take temperatures as you walk in, must wash hands before being started on. I was very impressed and feel good about this nail salon. The man who did my nails was so mean and when I accidentally bumped my wet dip he refused to fix it.

I don't know what happened but after a remodel I think this salon is under new management/ownership. I went in to have a dip manicure done and the gentleman that did it did a horrible job. My nails are not uniformly shaped, the color is not even around my nails, and there are dings in the color. I went in my lunch break and after 90 minutes I didn't have any more time to have them fix it. I'm very sad about this. I thought I had found the perfect place to get my nails done. read more

Called the day before and made an appointment for a pedicure at 9am. Arrived and was first to enter salon. At 9.25 still soaking so got up and left. I asked one of the people why make appointments if they could not keep them and if they were booked up why not say so when I made the appointment. Extremely rude man who blamed one of the others for taking the appointment. No apology at all. Day of non service was 4/28. Staff should be instructed to be responsible for telling customers if the time slot will not work. At least six others who came for specific personnel were served before me. This nail salon has aTERRIBLE service I made an APPOINTMENT for 3 pedicures at 1:30 it is now 2:10 and only one of us has been seen because the owner keeps taking walk ins over appointments. It's not relaxing and If you are looking for a place that actually takes their appointments on time I don't recommend here. nancy is God sent. she's a literal angel with magical hands and fingers placed here on earth by God himself. she's so gentle and thorough! i always request her for a pedicure because she's simply the best! i use vivi for my dip manicure because she's quick and it always looks great! the owner is so sweet and she's always so friendly! love this place so much! but also--where nancy goes, i will follow. at least for my pedicures! you will not be disappointed if you request her! i promise! read more
