I came to this nail salon because it was close, I don't usually go to random nail salons but I decided to give them a chance. I came in and they did a good job, but when I asked how much acrylic with french tips would be I almost lost my mind. $95 dollars for short French acrylic no design is crazy to me!! on top of that the nails started lifting and chipping after only 1 week!! the sizes of the nails were also very different! On my left hand the sizes were fine but on my right hand they were a bit bigger than they were supposed to. I will never go back to this nail salon ever again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. read more

Edit: The owner's message and response here said I called yesterday and asked for acrylic, which I already let them know I did NOT call yesterday. A month or so back when I called, I specifically asked for Gel X. Not acrylic. I do not like acrylic nor would I ever ask for that. This was a month ago and happened twice... You must have me confused with someone else but instead of trying to rectify, they try to argue and tell me I'm wrong when I KNOW I'm not wrong about this situation especially because it happened more than one time. For this reason, I'll not be returning. Absolutely terrible!! I called to find out a price for gel x nails and was told $50 over the phone very clearly. I then go in for them to laugh in my face and tell me "no no no it's $68, it must be a language barrier" and that was extremely frustrating as I heard them very clearly and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go to my appointment, where there was another woman complaining about them not being clear on pricing over the phone. But, I like to give everyone a fair chance, so a few weeks later, I called again and tried to come in when the same situation happened again. I'm sorry but that's not a coincidence. read more

I arrived at 6ish in the evening to see if they had time for a fill in. They said yes & I was seen right away. I told the lady that I wanted gel & was handed the gel color basket. I looked at all of the polish selections and came across a polish that I had not tried. This really pretty metallic sparkle, from a brand I had not seen from my normal nail salon back home in LA. Since I travel for a living, and away for weeks at a time I have to rely on the first nail salon I see for service... especially when it's two weeks past a fill in.. yikes!! The take off of my original gel was well, the fill was good, but when I went to the shape I said coffin please & do you know how to do that shape? The lady says yes & proceeds to shape my nails. I even show her a picture of a nail job from back home with the shape... when she is done shaping she asks if this is ok? UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM???? My nails look like a rounded surf board, I say to myself :( But I say yes that's fine... she then puts the sparkle metallic gel color on. After the two coats I ask if she can put more sparkle, (since this process was a small brush applying the sparkle to the gel) that's when she got snippy and raised her hand & said no, no, no! This is all.. ok! That's fine, maybe the process is not finished & im being to impatient.. she then puts on the top coat & the sparkle is more prominent. I still am not happy with the shape.. I am going to go back tomorrow & see if someone can fix the shape.. because I spent $45 with $5 for a tip & I know I said I liked the color.. doesn't mean I like the shape :/ The red nails are the shape I wanted & as you can see, the quality of work shows.. I spend 28$ for a fill & gel in LA... they charge 25$ for fill & 20$ for gel?? It should be a service of polish included in the price, like the regular nail polish... read more

Pretty good through pedicure with oils and massage. Big and spacious location. I was taken right away with no appointment. Unbeknownst to me, I was given the rookie! Someone had to clean up her mess but overall not to bad. I was given the card as well, after 10 visits you get a free manicure or free eyebrow wax. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service and super rude!! I use to go to this place often since it was so close to my place but the last few time they have been super rude! They actually made my nails look worse then they did when I went in! They talk about you the whole time and act like they don't understand what your saying. They hurt you badly, I just don't understand why do they do own a nail salon if A. They don't know what their doing and B. They hate what they do! They are also super greedy they beg for more tips!!! Never going back and I would stay far away if I was you! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I think the pedicures are overall amazing because they really give you so much of that fun extra stuff, like the oils and paraffin wax, and it's included in the standard price. However, they offer just about the worst manicure I've ever had. I left today with air bubbles, paint all over my cuticles, and even paint on my skin around two fingers. It was just plain sloppy. When they get busy, they rush through customers and don't do a good job at all. It's a shame. I started with one guy (who was really great) and a few walk-ins arrived and the woman (I think the owner) basically shuffled him over to the other customers and she finished my nails sloppily and hurriedly. Another woman left with HAIR in her manicure! (I kid you not) The price is low and sometimes the work is nice, but it's hit or miss! Good luck! read more

They harass customers for tips. Do a very sloppy job with cleaning the nails and polishing them. Never going there again.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional horrible experience as I did in this place. I called before hand asking if they had time to do a gel manicure pedicure and they said sure come on in. The whole experience was very stressful. They did not mention over the phone that they would do my Gel Manicure and pedicure at the same time. I picked a gel color I liked and asked if they had something similar for my feet. She brought a color that was totally off and told me to do another gel color. I told her it's fine I'll do the gel color I had picked and magically she was able to find another toe color that matched. While she was cleaning my nails she was extremely rough to the point that she was hurting me and very quick. I told her to cut my cuticles very little and instead she didn't do it at all. Then when she started panting my nails, just to make sure she was doing the color I wanted, I asked is that the color I picked. I was very nice when I asked her this question but she was so mad. She started yelling and pointing at the color as if I was stupid. Was angry as if I had said something awful. She made me very upset and uncomfortable. While painting my nails she was complaining that the color I chose she had very little left and that she told me not to do that color but never mentioned this fact when trying to convince me to do another color. Her original reason was that they had no nail polish color to match my feet. I couldn't wait to leave and was very disappointed with my nails. My gel manicure was very messy and started chipping within 5 days. I would definitely not go back. read more
