Right off the bat I notice my "nail tech" did everything backwards. Didn't get to soak my feet at all in the water and went straight into removing my gel polish after putting on the lotion on my legs. Only time I had my foot in the water was when she had to clean and scrub my foot . Not a relaxing time! While removing my gel polish she went over my nail and onto my skin multiple times that it got red and it burned when applying the alcohol wipes. I didn't even notice it bleed until I saw the dry blood. She rushed to do my foot that she barely cut my cuticle, painted over the nails and onto my cuticles, and barely even cleaned the paint that was left on the cuticles. Secondly, on the menu given to me the price was set to $39. When the lady put on the lotion, another staff walked over to ask what service I was doing to my "nail tech" and said "CHARGE HER $79!" Iiiiike whaaaat? My "nail tech" tried explaining that it was $39 for regular polish "that's why" and $79 for gel. I understand price difference between regular and gel polish but 4x more the set price? RIP OFF. I honestly think she was new because she couldn't even hold/ steady the nail drill gun.

A month or so back when I called, I specifically asked for Gel X. Not acrylic. I do not like acrylic nor would I ever ask for that. This was a month ago and happened twice... You must have me confused with someone else but instead of trying to rectify, they try to argue and tell me I'm wrong when I KNOW I'm not wrong about this situation especially because it happened more than one time. For this reason, I'll not be returning. Absolutely terrible!! I called to find out a price for gel x nails and was told $50 over the phone very clearly. I then go in for them to laugh in my face and tell me "no no no it's $68, it must be a language barrier" and that was extremely frustrating as I heard them very clearly and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go to my appointment, where there was another woman complaining about them not being clear on pricing over the phone. But, I like to give everyone a fair chance, so a few weeks later, I called again and tried to come in when the same situation happened again. I'm sorry but that's not a coincidence.

They do use new clean tools for every service, which is not as common anymore. Something must have gotten lost in translation also because I had asked for gel in the beginning and they ended up using regular nail polish, which I hate.
