The inside has (2) chairs, a small waiting area, check-out counter, and a back area for waxing. The staff member was extremely nice! The thread she used didn't hurt and threaded at a good speed to avoid irritation. The only concern I had with my service was the attention to detail. I had to ask her to rethread the ends of my brows on both sides as many hairs were missed. She also didn't thread between my eyebrows even though I asked her to. And that's all I really wanted as I have some brows, y'all. Lots of eyebrow. Thus, the reasoning for an expert threader. Some things to know before you go... 1) Purvi basically rents space (a chair) in Don Stella Salon. She also only works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Thus - call ahead for an appointment! 2) Cash or check only. After seeing all the positive reviews for Purvi I decided to give it a try! I made my appointment & found it was very easy to get to. I personally parked at the bank, but parking behind the salon would work just as easily. She greeted me with a huge smile & I should also add the women/men who work at the salon she rents her chair at are EXTREMELY friendly. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows done & made some suggestions. I would recommend maybe bringing a photo reference & if you're like me never having got your eyebrows threaded i would recommend growing them out a bit so that there's a lot more to work with to shape them how you'd like. She did my eyebrows in probably 10 minutes. She made conversation with me to ease the pain a bit & I loved how interested/attentive she was to not only my interests, but how I was doing in terms of pain with the threading. The pain was a little worse then typical according to Purvi since I did grow my brows out but as someone who usually get my eyebrows waxed the pain was nothing in comparison. She shaped them & trimmed them to literal perfection. I've never seen my eyebrows look so good. Which is why I had to write a rave review. The swelling was down in probably 30 minutes & I got so many compliments when I went out later that night. All in all for the price ($12+ a nice tip!) she goes above & beyond.
