From the moment we walked into the space we felt welcomed. I really enjoy the ambience and the music that was being played. The aesthetics give the place a really nice touch. Most importantly, the lychee martini brings this place over the top. They provide you free, popcorn, and have a menu as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back because the service was also really good.

Stopped by Dive Bar at the end of a double date this Saturday. Great sports bar with multiple TVs (different games / matches on), good music, and chill vibes. We headed in with no reservations and sat at a high top for some drinks and fries. Hostesses were attentive, drinks were good, and overall a nice time. They have hookah as well. Clean bathrooms and sociable clientele. It was someone's birthday and they brought out a birthday sign and bottle with a sparkler. Fun way to celebrate a friend.

I went here on a Thursday and Sunday for the first time. The service is good, waitress was attentive and I like the decor. On Sunday bartender told my friend it an under water theme. I can see good the windows look like a ships. Full bar and hookah. The drinks are good and ok. My friend says the wings were good. I like the happy hour and the aesthetic. I haven't tried the food yet and will go back to do so. I definitely reccomend for a chill night. Also there's a rooftop being added.

Got a chance to hit up Dive Bar BK and here was my experience. I've been to their Astoria location so I was excited to hear about their new place in Brooklyn. Despite the name, Dive Bar, it is far from a dive. Think of it as a causal yet elevated bar. This place offers happy hour Wednesday thru Sunday which is great. I went on a Sunday (All Day Happy Hour) and here what we had Food: The Fun Guy Flatbread (4/5) Lemon Pepper Garlic Parm Wings (3.5/5) Buffalo Wings (4/5) Drinks: Miami Vibes (Frozen drink) 5/5 Man Of Honor (4/5) Lychee My Tini (4/5) La Yave Del Amor (4/5) This location also serves hookah and it's between $40-$45

This is in my neighborhood and I had no idea. My husband's friend told him about it . Came on a Thursday night. We don't really get to go on date night so I was happy the place had great music and it's aesthetically pleasing. the drinks were strong and well made. they even have a popcorn maker . Bartenders friendly and efficient. definitely coming back

If you're looking for all day happy hour on a Sunday this is the place to be. Great music, good vibes, and cheap prices. I didn't get to try the food but the drinks definitely did the job. In the heart of Williamsburg with some great neighboring spots to also check out this should be your first stop for a great day that won't break the bank... I'll be back to try the food.

Im glad we stumbled upon jar bar when I mean it's cheap I means it's cheap so my experience was pretty great in the jar bar and I'm so glad I got to experience it. So when we found jar bar we went in and the environment was great the bartender was great we were talking to local as well or probably the owner not sure. So jar bar has a special which by the way the price to it was fantastic so for 6 dollars you can get the a shot and beer special if I'm not wrong it's not everything on draft I think you get like 5 choices. But ether way they give you a beer and a house liquor and when I tell you its great experience it is they have a juke box they have a pool table and arcades pin ball mostly. In general the location of the bar was great the only downside is it's a cash only location and as much as I prefer using cash cause I can control how much I spend i do think it's a bit of inconvenience. Because theirs Alot of people who prefer just using their card and don't really carry cash on them other then that little thing it's a great place to drink. it's friendly music was good the ambiance was chilled and I really cant complain the bartender was nice and chilled she was friendly. So if you are ever around Sunnyside and you want a chill place to hang out for a good price definitely check out jar bar just make you sure you have cash on you or go to your bank. If you're banks around go take out cash cause it's a great location and the people that around seem pretty chilled. They also have backyard if you don't want to drink inside of you going to take a smoke I highly recommend the location just remember Cash only.

Understated would be the best descriptor for this bar known for their PBR's and cheap beer+shot combos. In fact this has been the site of many film sets, chosen for its non regionally specific qualities because from the outside and inside it really does feel like it can be as much a bar located in a town many states over as one right here in Brooklyn, a little out of place among the new buildings and new age cocktail bars that populate the Greenpoint. It isn't just one demographic that you'll find filling most of the seats here either. Different age groups, personalities and backgrounds will find themselves here, much like the makeup of the surrounding neighborhood. A great equalizer of a bar, which is part of the draw. That you can have a raucous conversation with folks you may not otherwise find yourselves rubbing elbows with.

This bar is lame! People keep telling me "oh it's for locals" or "oh, this is a blue collar place",…read moreand I don't buy any of the excuses. It's just not fun, and the thought of it being any sort of "social club" (See: previous name, categorization on Yelp) is complete hogwash. I mean, they do beer/shot combos for cheap. That's cool I guess, but I had quickly learned it's what half the dives are adhering to. I don't care if their draught selection is sparse, what gets me is how tiny the pours are. I do not think it was even a full 12 oz in my little mug. Maybe 10. Can someone measure this out for me? Goodness gracious I don't like paying pint prices to get just over half a pint. Liquor selection blows. It's cash only, which you'd only know from a very small, inconspicuous sign above the register. And to make matters worse, their ATM was down! And they were completely unaware. Goodness gracious, I'd never come back here.
