I recently discovered DiveCatalog.com. What I first discovered was the large selection of great brands they offer. The second thing was their great prices. Since my first order just a few weeks ago I have literally replaced every piece of dive gear including regulator, octo, BC, mask, fins, wet suit and dive computer. I purchased a zeagle dive regulator a second stage was an open box item in good condition. You would think they would check something like this before shipping or claiming it was in good condition Went to use it, it did not work and took it two two dive shops that do repairs, they found It is missing key components to operate. You would think the item would be safe and operable. Unfortunately I didn't use it within the warranty period and therefore they will not stand behind what they sell. Everything else worked, but my primary regulator second stage did not. I'd would recommend sending anything you purchase from them to have it checked out, so figure adding a cost for a service charge on top of their cost. Now I have to spend another couple hundred dollars to purchase another and pitch the junk they sold. read more

I ordered a gauge set for $600 and got a free gift and not the gauge set. The letter that accompanied the free item says "please rest assured that your item is on the way".....this is a red flag. I checked the reviews and they show that this is a dishonest business. I trying to reach out now with emails and phone call. I'm waiting for a return call. Overall, it's a great dive shop. They have a great online presence and offer a wide selection of products new and used. Although I have had issues with some of my online orders, they do a great job with customer service and sending off your package same day. Their fraud detection point of sale program could use some updating but the quality of what they deliver along with the service is second to none. Plus their rewards and promo items are pretty lit. Emily on the the front desk at Dive Catalog in Irvine was fantastic. I tried many places to get a wetsuit sent to me before my overseas trip. Nobody made the effort to set up expedited shipping which I was happy to pay extra for, but Emily called the supplier and got me the suit on time. The order was sent wrong item when I tried to contact them they didn't return my call & they changed the Description in Amazon like I didn't order it. I had a picture of the item I bought & Amazon has the correct item I ordered. Also they removed the return policy & no way to contact them! Do not use this company as they are not honest.
