Contacted at least 5 other companies that would not tell me how much per lb they charge for refrigerant the tech will let you know after the diagnostic, no thank you. I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. I was told by my home warranty company that T&G needed to contact them to get the ball rolling. after I requested this (and passed on the necessary information three separate times), I was told that the supervisor handling my case was in a meeting and that I'd receive a call back which never occurred. it is only today (after threatening to take my business elsewhere) that I was able to get a straight answer. the technicians that actually handled my consultation appointment were professional, courteous, and answered any and all questions I had, I have no complaints about them.
