Nice Brazilian restaurant with tasty food, fair price, and no frills. This is a typical…read moreself-service buffet type of restaurant which is very common in Brazilian communities in Newark-NJ, Astoria-NY and many other locations. You make your plate, weigh and pay about $10 per pound. My feijoada plate from the attached picture had a little less than a pound so I paid around $9 which is a great deal especially if you compare to other restaurants in the area. The restaurant is somewhat small, simple, but there are enough tables for everyone even during lunch hours. Staff is friendly, they give you privacy to pick your food without anyone bothering you, food is tasty and the variety is ok. I wish they had Brazilian barbecue similar to other restaurants in the area but I can't really complain because the food and price were great. Compared to other Brazilian restaurants in the area this place has a big advantage because the process is very simple. Other restaurants such as Casa Nova, Cantinho Mineiro, Delícia de Minas also offer a buffet option but their process is very complicated. They have a prix fixe option for a set price and then if you add meat it's a different price, if you want to take something to go you need to pick a prix fixe container for a different price. It's just too confusing and I don't really like that, hence my preference for this Brazilian buffet restaurant. Don't expect any luxury or lots of variety. This is a practical restaurant offering food for a fair price. I definitely recommend it. Note that there's just street parking and the Wilson Ave area tends to be busy so keep that in mind.

I can't remember what it was called, but it was a fried bite of some sort with cheese and potatoes and HOLYYYY MOLLYYYY it was absolute gas. Acai bowl did what it needed to too. Overall, I was very blessed to stop here after a long flight.

The menu is on the counter or online. After a brief search I concluded on the cheddar and broccoli bites. I'm mostly plant based but I didn't see any completely plant based options so these were the closest I could find. I placed my order quickly as I was the only one inside and it was ready in about 5 minutes. The very friendly employee asked me if I wanted the sauce that comes with them which of course I said yes. My bites were pretty tasty and flavorful. I only got a small order as I was skeptical that they might be heavily fried in oil but I was very pleasantly surprised they were not. The outer shell if you will was soft and moist but not falling apart. The broccoli and cheddar inside was warm and well cooked. Add a dip into the sauce and it becomes even better. I definitely enjoyed my bites. The interior of the restaurant is small with some seating either to dine in or sit while you wait for your order. I found it clean and inviting albeit small, but it's New Jersey. The service was great and friendly. I made a bit of effort to get here from my hotel and would do so again as Snack Mania Brazillian Delights is definitely worth the effort.

Nothing special. The place itself is nice and the atmosphere is definitely its strongest point, but…read morethe food just wasn't very flavorful. There were six of us, and everyone ordered something different. Surprisingly, none of us finished even half of our meals. The steaks lacked seasoning and flavor, the pasta had way too much cheese, and you could barely taste the vodka sauce. Overall, the food was disappointing, especially for the price. If I had to rate it from 1-10, I'd give it a 6--mostly because of the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to it. What stands out most isn't the meal--it's how you respond to criticism. Reading through your google replies, it seems every dissatisfied customer is the problem, while management never accepts any responsibility. That says a lot about how you run your business. I wish you the best and genuinely hope you take customer feedback as an opportunity to improve rather than something to argue with.

Yeah "oh no!" is correct .... I can admit that my taste buds are a bit spoiled..... but no one can…read moretell me that chewing on a piece of Picanha steak for almost 3 minutes is normal. After trying a few more rounds of meat (so I could actually make sure I felt the way I did), I noticed a metallic taste and for some reason there was a sad grey hue to the meat. I tried to ignore that and then tried some of the side... and it did not get better. Not only was the meat inedible the fries tasted like months old frying oil and the beans left a horrible Brent lingering taste. I then asked to speak with the manager, instead of the manager the cook came out and a lady with a disgusted look on her face stood behind him. I expressed my disappointment with the meal and explicitly said I have full intention in paying but there was a very big issue with the quality of the meat. Every piece that came out tasted the same and all were dry and very hard to chew.. after the cook came to talks to me he then proceeded to argue with me about how no one else feels this way but me. He looked at me with a blank face like (what do you want me to do?) for way to long, he made the situation much more tense and awkward then it needed to be. After walking away we were handed a bill of almost $200 for a meal that we weren't able to eat... that meal made me truly so sad and I feel even worse after leaving.... But that grilled pineapple was delicious!! *unfortunately I did not take pictures.. but I was also not expecting to have to give such a horrible review. Please save your money and maybe choose a different option.
