Sold me a lemon auction car. 2017 Camaro broke down in two months and my boyfriend had to sell it. Lost a lot of money and I'm very unhappy with their service. Provided me with no help when it came down to it. When the car was first sold to me, their detailers had left a bunch of plastic stuff and utensils like forks and spend shoved in between and under the seats. It was filthy. The car was priced fairly, and they didn't play games. Start to finish, I ended up leaving the dealership with a new car in about 2 hours. I don't think it's possible to do this much faster. I had several buying options for the car I ended up buying from Divinci, a Mercedes Benz SLC-300, and many of them were closer and more convenient for me. But in the end I ended up making a 70 mile trek to Divinci because the car was priced right. I'm glad I did, and in the future I'll keep Divinci in mind as they do business right. If you note the other reviews of Divinci on Yelp, there are only 5 and 1 star reviews. Not sure how the team that I worked with would be rated 1 star, so I'm personally skeptical of these reviews. They lure you with the ease of the transaction, but truth is BE AWARE because you will end up spending hours to get things squared away after the purchase and will cost you so much more in the end. Horrible experience, they are not honest people and very rude, especially to women. I will NEVER EVER buy a car from Divinci Motors. Rather pay few hundred more and go with an authorize dealer. So my trip to the dealership started with a Lyft in a beautiful SUV with an panoramic moonroof, and I thought some day I will have a car with a moonroof. I was heading to look at a 2006 Lexus SUV at Divinci Motors. My husband and I have some money to buy a used car. Never in a million years did I think we would be driving off the lot in a BEAUTIFUL 2016 VW Tiguan! We arrived at 2:00 pm, and it was a HOT as hell outside. We walked around the lot and then we met Ken. He asked me a couple of questions, and said "Let's get you in a new car!" and I told Ken my credit was not the greatest, but I have a good job. I was honest told him I had just paid off a vehicle that was a voluntary surrender in 2012. Ken did not hesitate to make me feel "valued" even if my credit was not perfect. We completed the application, and waited in the office they turned the A/C on gave us cold water to drink, to make certain we were comfortable. There were other customers they were assisting, while making us feel like we were the only ones there. At 3:00 pm Ken apologized for the long wait, it was my day off and I told him not to worry. At this point I am thinking we are not going to get the loan. But at 4:00 pm Nicole from the bank called me to verify some information, and ask me a few questions. We then started signing the paperwork, got insurance, and we drove off the lot at 5:00 pm!! Leonardo was amazing and FAST with the paperwork, but I did not feel rushed he explained every page I was signing. The only delay was the DMV web site was not working for a short time. All in all I have purchased numerous cars in my life both used, and brand new. Always having to spar with the sales person. Ken and Leonardo took such care of us, did not try to up sell me on something that I could not afford, but put me in a beautiful SUV fully loaded, well with in my budget and with a freaking moonroof!!! Absolute bullshit. I came in with cash in hand, and took the nicest car off the lot. Opinionated, but it was the most expensive. You'd think the detailers would at least clean the car when it was sold. I found a knife shoved in the crevices of the car (check under the seats!) and a happy meal on the other side of it. Seriously. Second owner car with a happy meal shoved under the seat. They didn't even look. The car was obviously a lemon. I've thrown nearly $15,000 in repairs only months after the purchase. Divinci offered no compensation and wouldn't accept a return.. absolutely no effort on their end. Lastly, the car came with one key.. they said they'd provide the second, and years later to no surprise - no key after numerous calls to THEM. They clearly don't care for their customers. I've edited my review for it seems Divinci Motors has gone out of their way to create their story and completely abrogate my own. It's an option under Yelp, to use a fake name. I don't want the public knowing my real name after purchasing a $80,000 car off of your lot (and having it go to waste not 6 months later.) Your attempt at contradicting me completely simply based off of a name is pathetic. As well as every other 1 star review you've gotten as it seems. This is the same vibe I felt when the car broke down.. hence my "language" and obvious frustration in the beginning of my review. I was really hoping to find a dealership I could trust back then and make more then one purchase from; unfortunately I couldn't bare the thought of going back for a second. My family is based in Sacramento but my significant other works in Concord 5 days a week so he's commuting about 70 miles each way. With these gas prices and a V6 engine, it was really time to invest in a good commuter car. He had researched for a couple months and we decided on a 2015 Chevy Volt. We looked at a few different dealerships and came across Divinci Motors. He made a trip over and was very happy with the service he received. It's a family owned business, very well kept and clean and he didn't feel pressured at all. The Volt had one previous owner and some very minor scratches on it which allowed for us to purchase it at a very fair price. Now we both don't get a day off together until Sundays and unfortunately they are closed but Divinci was able to work with us and make an exception for us to come in and sign our final paperwork, take a test drive and leave in our new car. They even experienced some unexpected wind that had the car looking a little dirty but before we even would have known, they were able to get it cleaned up. I recently purchased another car from Divinci Motors ( last one was a 2014 Cadillac ATS for my wife) in 2018. My last encounter with this dealership was top notch. Friendly, respectful, professional, they treated me like family. Everything was above board, no bait & switch or manipulative tactics were used here. The showroom is awesome. The customer lounge is "off the hook" in terms of comfort, cleanliness and amenities (Keurig Coffee maker) and snacks while you wait. So, when I wanted to purchase another car I thought of Divinci again, partly because they had the car I wanted, but also because I had such a positive experience the first time. I was not disappointed. If anything, they have even stepped up their professionalism, friendliness and family atmosphere, which is admirable during the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the "not tooo distant future" I'm looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz or BMW 4-door sedan for my wife and I can guarantee you, I will be coming back here to Divinci to buy it. They always have a varied and awesome inventory of used luxury cars to choose from. These guys are literally the best that I have ever dealt with in the car buying process. As a female, purchasing a vehicle by yourself, you already kind of have your guard up. They welcome you in and make you feel super safe. I originally purchased a fully electric vehicle because I thought it would be best, since I'm a commuter. My only issue was that the electric charge didn't offer a safe enough distance for me to feel comfortable driving it to and from work. I called these guys and let them know my concern and they immediately got me back in. I was able to switch to a fuel efficient vehicle and leave the happiest customer ever. The conversation is great, the knowledge that they fed me was excellent and the comfort that they gave me was unbelievable. I would recommend this place to any- everyone!! The absolute worst customer service experience EVER! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off, the sales guy I talked to over the phone said that before I could test drive I would need to get approved for Financing. What?!! How does that even make sense! Why would I run my credit for a car that I haven't test drove and may or may not purchase??! So I get to the lot and he takes me to the car which is parked closely aganist a brick wall. So I get in the car and start testing to make sure everything works. I hit the trunk button which opens and scrapes against the brick wall. I wasn't aware that the car was as close to the wall as it was at that time. You can tell he was a bit disturbed by this but THIS is what prompts him to pull the car out from the wall. So we go for a test drive and the car rides great, interior is great and everything works great. Only thing is that it was a Mercedes S Class and it just felt too big for me to use as my personal car. So we get back and I let him know this and that's when he he started going in on me as a customer. He started blaming me for the trunk, told me this is why we needed to be on the same page before test driving (mind you, same page means we have an agreement that you will purchase the car). He basically let me know that me test driving was a big inconvenience and then he said the most unintelligible thing i've ever heard a car salesman say. He says, "If you want to test drive a car before you buy it, then you shouldn't come here"....... Mind blown!! So I apologized for scraping the car trunk against the brick wall that THEY parked too close to. It was an honest mistake but he kept throwing that in my face. He was really mad that he actually had to move a few cars around for me to test drive one of their cars. Sir, that's what you do for customers, you're a CAR DEALERSHIP! Needless to say we got into a back and forth before the owner ( or the person I assume was the owner) came out and tried telling his sales guy to let it go. Mind you, it's as if he saw nothing wrong with the way his sales guy was talking tome as a customer. This was a horrible experience!! Their ideology around what constitutes great customer service (we will be nice if you buy from us and if you don't, we will bash you and let you know how big of an inconvenience you were) is senseless to say the least. After having bad experiences at other dealerships, me and my family decided to give Divinci Motors a visit. When we took our first steps into their show room, we were immediately impressed by how clean it was and by the quality of the vehicles they had to offer. We were immediately greeted by Leo, the son of the owner of the business. Leo took his time to explain every vehicle we showed interest in and did not hesitate when we asked to see the carfax for each one. He was extremely patient and was happy to answer any questions we had. When we had narrowed down our interest onto one vehicle, Ken who is the owner of the business, helped us figure out the best way to finance our vehicle. Ken also gave us an exceptional trade in value for the vehicle we had. We were not pressured at any time during the sales process and were treated like family. When we returned later that day to make the deal, we decided to take the car for a test drive. The car was in the middle of the show room and they did not show any irritation towards having to move multiple cars out to get the one we wanted out for a test drive. Ken's daugher Mera helped us out during the test drive and was very knowledgable and helpful regarding the features of the vehicle. We then decided to make the deal and Ken also threw in two replacement tires at no cost to us.
