    CAROSELL Motors, this is a great car dealership! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Richard! My experience here at CAROSELL Motors was when I was looking for a third car for myself, something fun to drive (would be my toy). After looking for weeks for a used Jeep Wrangler over the internet and dealing with used car salespeople, I came across CAROSELL Motors. I bought the car, and it has been more than a year since I have been in this vehicle. Got to commend "Eli," you made the car buying process feel so much less stressful. It had been a year since the purchase, and I had told him that I was going to give him a good, deserved review, if the vehicle was in good condition. Well, here it is! I am very satisfied with the repair of my vehicle at this dealership. My complements to Eli on a job well done. Thank you for your time and expertise, you really helped me find the perfect car, your customer service was excellent. It is also a pleasure to have met your father. I was so confident about the repairs they did on this car that after the purchase is when I took the vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). Upon inspection, I found out that the vehicle only needed a good drive, and to keep regular maintenance on it. I highly recommend this dealership for their repair services. They were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my car. All things considered, I'll definitely be recommending CAROSELL Motors to my friends. I am very satisfied with the repair of my vehicle at this dealership. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. My complements to Eli and family on a job well done.     Update... Four years later and still going strong. I love my Nissan Xterra purchased from Carosell. Even though I moved to Hawaii, I was happy to see another vehicle from Carosell here, spotted an Audi Q5 with the Carosell plate frames!

    Highly recommend CarOsell Motors. I felt like a kid in a candy store with how many awesome vehicles they have. Eli Nino, sales & finance mgr, ranks a 10 in my book. He doesn't pressure, respectively steps away while you test drive/discuss the vehicle, and his knowledge is second to none. Super happy with my new "weekend convertible"! It's absolutely perfect.

    I recently bought my first (used) car here and the whole family was very professional, warm and friendly. They allowed me to go on a very long test-drive, and checked in after 2 hours, and I returned 2 hours after that call lol. They have a bunch of used cars for a reasonable price and they're all in great shape. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced used car and wants a pleasant interaction with a cars salesman.

    We want to give a huge shout out to Eli at CarOsell Motors in giving us awesome customer service at his family owned and operated car lot. Last Saturday we drove out to look at a car that I was interested in. Upon arrival Eli greeted us with warm handshake and didn't waste no time in getting us set up with the car. He handed us the keys and quietly stepped away to give us time to get the to know the car. No pressure whatsoever. This was a big plus. He was also very honest, informative and helpful with any questions we had about the car.     Eli and Eddie made my first time buying a car great! They were very helpful in helping me get exactly what I needed for my car! They worked really well with my needs and wants! Eddie was on top of it and texted me everyday to let me know updates on my loan and they helped get me a lower APR as well!!! 10/10 would recommend doing business with them! they are small but great!     The gentlemen are professional, friendly , and does not subscribe to pushy salesmen. The vehicles are clean, cared for, and affordable. We looked at 4 Minivans here, compared to other dealerships, this is the best price and services. I would consider this business for future vehicles. I recommend this dealership. There was a hiccup with the truck but team Chevy squared everything away. They have great hospitality, they are honest, and really work hard to achieve the consumers wants and needs. Shout out to Damian for taking my call and making everything get into place. Jet for crunching the numbers. Tina for her understanding and pushing for the customer. And Byron (byreeeeeeen iykyk) for handling the finance and having some good laughs. I've had many fails with dealerships but team Chevy didn't flop. They take care of their customers and it showed with their team working past hours to make sure I was satisfied. The trek was long but it was worth every penny for me.

I have used several other dealers in the bay area and this is by far the best of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like they value you and your business. Jordon and the entire team are Friendly, professional and make the time to listen and hear your concerns and needs. They do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give you a report when you pick up the vehicle. This is NOT a hard sell to get you to purchase more services and parts, although I am sure they would appreciate the additional business, but rather letting you know how your vehicle is performing and how to trey and ensure it is running at optimum condition. A few things they also do that is what I consider above and beyond. You can get a shuttle back home or to your place of business if the wait is too long as well as they will send a vehicle to pick you up when its ready. And when you arrive, not only are getting your vehicle back with the services done right, but it is also WASHED and VACUMMED. Hey now!     I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
