I was charged with an overdraft fee when I opted out of overdraft protection. I requested a fee reversal and Natalie did not approve it and on top of that she sends me a letter that Homestreet bank was closing both my accounts due to their deposit agreement: That Homestreet Bank reserves the right to close your account at any time for any reason upon reasonable notice. So, pretty much Natalie closed my account because she took it personal and couldn't handle criticism and being wrong. I will also be reporting this incident to BBB. Be careful if you open an account with them. They'll close your account for no reason and for those who have accounts that has been with them for years like myself. They don't care.
