At such a great price. Due to our credit getting reestablished, we did have to get a co-signer to get the APR where I thought was fair. I am so happy . Felipe was our salesman. Victor came to explain things a little further in detail during the whole financing part and at the end we finished the contract part with Luis. Luis was so nice and tried his best to get us the best warranty for our budget. As a matter of fact, I am set to come back today because of a key issue and to double check our contract to make sure it's the best that was done for us. The truck is a complete lemon ..it has NEVER worked since we purchased it . When we tried to contact the dealership to resolve the issue, they took the car in and pretended to make repairs and when we confronted them , they refused to help / ignored our calls / told us it wasn't their problem. They knowingly sold us a lemon and completely took advantage of us! We've been without a car for over a year. Gps $995: a glorified $30 apple air tag to track where your car is at. MANDATORY $995 add ons 2. "Etch" $995: serial/vin number written on major components of the car in case it's stolen. This is already done by the manufacturer themselves so not sure if they do it to more parts but a $30 engraver you could do yourself or pay $100 and have it done professionally. Nope, $995 MANDATORY 3. 3m protection on paint: new cars come with this...this car did not have it installed anywhere that we could see but regardless: $995 MANDATORY That's over $3000 after taxes for unnecessary (not requested) add ons. When confronted about them: "oh, Steven didn't show you them? Let's call Steven. Where's Steven let's have him show you these features." When asked why the website doesn't reflect these add ons in the price: "we have several thousand cars and sometimes we don't get around to updating them in time but it's in the disclaimer" (it sure is in the fine print last sentence and hidden that their may be extra cost). We then attempted negotiating in any direction back toward what we were expecting to pay ($3000 less than this surprise invoice) and long story short (not exact words): we don't make much profit on the cars, all our profit is here (in the add ons). Short story: scheme and lie to get you through the door, get ready to sign papers and final price won't be anywhere near what you expected due to MANDATORY several thousand in add ons features (actual cost less than $100). read more

They said it had electrical problems and it had a lot of other problems like engine problems ended up having to pay for a whole new engine exhaust problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't My brother and I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment with Khuram Khan. Mr. Khan walked into the office at 1:10 p.m. with no sense of urgency, made no eye contact with anyone of the customers waiting and had to be told by the receptionist that we had been waiting for him. No apology for being late to the appointment, then proceeds to tell my brother the car we had an appointment for is already in a deal an hour before we showed up, but that there were other trucks for us to look at if we wanted. Drive to their other yard to look at a car that was already 90% complete, looked at one other truck then drove back to the first lot which was a waste of time. Before checking our qualifications he runs down the numbers of the truck. What was listed on the website as a $55,000 truck ended up coming to be a $66,000 truck. To justify the price, he breaks down all these "added accessories" that are mandatory to even purchase the truck. SMH, nothing he said justified the price of the truck, and the overall experience from start to end made us feel as if we were less than. Don't come here! I was interested in buying a Tesla from them and remember a month prior to arriving to the dealership I inquired the same tesla. So after awaiting a month I saw they listed the tesla for a phenomonal price and was eager to purchase it. I spoke with the salesman Giovanni and we arranged to coming the following day for a test drive and possibly purchasing the car. After driving 1.5 hours towards this location in Fontana to see the car at the dealership, Giovanni tells me theres good and bad news. Good news its still available, bad news is that they moved the car "that morning" to their Costa Mesa location. When me, my sister, and my elderly father arrive we speak to Giovanni who tells us that he saw the vehicle on the lot yesterday and he told me they move their "luxury cars" to Costa Mesa location if it doesn't sell within a few days, which is a LIE because I inquired about the same Tesla a month ago. We spoke with the manager who at first wanted us to try to sell us a Tesla model variety, when we only came for that specific vehicle and model. He first asked if we were willing to drive all the way to Costa Mesa which is over an hour away from Fontana and he told me he couldn't move the vehicle since "it's not covered by their insurance to move it back" by one of their employees or a truck. I believe this car DOESNT exist and is only posted to pray on scamming other people to come onto the lot to try to be taken advantage of by buying another variety of lower grade Teslas. Also they STILL have the vehicle listed on Cargurus and everywhere else, they must advertise this fake car to have more people to come, scam them or take advantage of their time. BEWARE! - full time scam artists and con men. Bait and switch, tried to sell me a car with a broken electrical system and with a screw in the tire. Once I called them out they reluctantly agreed to repair items (after 2 days and 12 hours at their dealership). They said 7-10 days to fix... 45 days later and it still wasn't done as I was making my first payment and never drove the car I bought. Then just wanted my money back. That was a nightmare too. From the beginning of the issues: none-stop avoidance and no return calls, gaslighting, lying, blame shifting and false promises. Like a bunch of children raised by liars and con artists. It took me getting a lawyer involved and making threats to sue them and go after their surety bond to get anything done. They were slimy at every level. i just wanted to say I bought a $45k truck last week and the sales manager was super cold and rude. The tonneau cover was busted so he told me thats the way they got it so thats the way they are selling it to me and won't fix it. Also I found out that I got a battery with 1% life which AAA needed to jump but Robert in service helped alot. Also when I notices the TPS sensor was giving an issue the sales rep said that it was reset and would be good to go. Not so. Missing the sensor completely. All this place does is push cars and trucks and doesn't give a crap about the customer. Only Robert in Service is concerned and goes that extra mile to fix what sales is incompetent and so rude about covering. Also gave me such little gas then had me run around to the bank then home for the pink on my car so then I had to fill the tank on my own. We told him what we wanted to see and he went and he went to grab the car. He was a MORON to put it nicely. Asked us if we were waiting long and we told him we had waited for about 30-40 mins. He arrogantly replied, "Oh that's NOTHING! On the weekends people are here waiting for SIX HOURS before getting a sales associate" SURE THEY ARE...NOT!! He then went to get the vehicle. The 2015 Ford Escape he brought for us to see had small dings ALL around the car but overall it was some what clean looking for a car that old but right before we were going to agree to test drive the car, this JACK said he wanted to be "transparent" with us and "EXPLAIN" to us how "they worked" and told us that the dealership does not negotiate price because they are a "high volume" dealership LMAO and that to protect us as well as their fleet of inventory they have installed "additional features" in ALL their cars that was going to add an ADDITIONAL $1,950 to the price. We were interested in a Sprinter van that Pacific Auto Center has listed for sale on multiple websites (stock number 32807). The ones that I saw this van on are craigslist, autotrader, and their own website. The advertised price for this van on all of the sites is/was $30,995. When I called to confirm the van was still in inventory before I made the drive out to their dealership in Fontana, I learned that the listed price in the ads is not the actual price. There is an additional $2k+ added on for accessories. The salesman claims that the ad states that there may be additional costs for installed accessories. While there is some questionable text on the autotrader ad and on the ad on their own website that is very vague, the craigslist ad doesn't mention additional accessory costs at all. Both autotrader and their own website state that there may be additional costs for after market add-ons but with the exception of the "PRE-INSTALLED THEFT DETERRENT DEVICES", it does not state that these accessories are (or may be) already installed and it infers that they are optional. The craigslist ad does state that pricing information may be different from the actual dealers price but infers that any differences between the list and the actual price are not intentional. The salesman also stated that it is common for their vehicles to have additional accessory costs that are not in the listed price (even up to $7k in additional costs on some vehicles). This speaks to a pattern of behavior that is extremely deceitful and not just a one off incident. read more

We came to the office started paperwork and he said stop he needed to talk to his manager Eddie about something. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!! We drive out here an hour from home. We called to look at a blue Tacoma. When we arrived, they didn't know what we were talking about AND had a white one to look at. We sat in the office after driving to a second lot for the truck we wanted. Before anything even started... the price rose $2500 for add ons they put onto the truck. If you are buying a new car you get the option for add ons. Don't charge me for something advertised as an upgrade. Frank Rodriguez ( I believe that was his name, since we were never properly introduced) was unable to complete any paperwork correctly. We had to continually correct his errors. He then left with out paperwork and after 15 minutes came back so we could write in information that "didn't" print. He left again for another 20 minutes, AND finally took information for our trade in. After leaving again... he comes back to say we are too far apart. We had a $15,000 trade in and my sons credit score is in the mid 700's. They would never know that, since they refused to run it. Frank said he wasn't running credit because our numbers were too far apart. They wanted a payment of over $600 and we wanted one closer to mid $300's. This would have been our 3rd car purchased from them. After this experience, everyone will know how bad their service is. We will no longer return here to purchase anything. read more

My husband and I came in to purchase a truck on 8/18/19. For starters all the trucks they show online are not all at this one specific dealer they are spread out at their multiple locations but say they are at this one. This dealership mainly only sells TRUCKS and none of the sales employees know jack shit about trucks. We came in looking for a specific truck with specific needs and the people there didn't even know where their own inventory was. Fast forward to $70,000 later that we paid for this truck. We have been waiting almost two months now to get our license plates since the temporary paper ones expire this coming month. I called the DMV only for them to tell me the dealer has not processed any of the paper work for the plates. I called the dealer to ask them if they can file the paper work with the DMV and the girl in charge of it said she "would look into it" one week later which is today they still haven't filed the paper work. My husband spoke to Anthony Silva today 8/7/19 to simply go over all the things that have gone wrong including giving us a truck on basically empty it's a diesel where the hell am I going to get on a quarter tank. What a slap in the face. I just spent $70,000 and you can't even fill it up for $100 at most?! Wild. Also the air intake box didn't have any screws holding it in so we've basically been sucking up dirty ass air right into our engine. The air filter literally has never been change. The only reason we even notice this is because we swapped out the headlights. Both windshield wipers were broken as well. Just a hot ass mess of an experience. Anthony claimed that he personally is going to "expedite" the DMV process. I'm sure that's a complete lie and he is just going to get it filed normally like it should have been from the beginning. This dealership in general is a complete failure. Fernando Garcia even tried to argue with me about certain details I know to be true. I could not get a manager on the phone after I needed help. This place is definitely doing business outside of the law. BUYERS BE VERY AWARE!!! My son was going to purchase a 2011 truck. He got to the dealership and some of the accessories that were on the truck in the photos were missing. When asked about it my son was told they were rusted out so they were removed. The interior of the truck was all new. My son was given a carfax that was clean. He drove it off the lot and about 30 minutes into his drive home a warning indicator came on. He pulled off to check a couple things and thought he had to add coolant. Bad sensor I guess because the coolant was fine. He drove it down to SD and to his Dads shop, plugged it in and the truck threw 11 codes. My son then looked the truck over more closely and found there was rust "hiding" throughout the truck. His dad looked up the last time the truck had been smogged and it was almost 2 years ago. And that was the ONLY reason this dealership agreed to let my son out of this truck. Because you can not legally sell a vehicle in the state of California that is not smogged. This truck was more than likely flooded at some point and they dressed it up and sold it. The salesman and managers were rude and disrespectful. You are basically dealing with a bunch of con men. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! read more
