Due to my vehicle going out on me, I started shopping on the Internet for another one to replace it. I found a vehicle at Don's Auto Center in Fontana, CA and first contact was made with Alex. During all communications Alex was extremely professional and helpful. We decided on a vehicle and I put a deposit to hold said vehicle until we could drive down to Fontana from my location. My most recent purchase was a 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins. Sammy gave me a great deal again and made the transaction super easy. I live in Vegas and we made most of the deal over the phone. They sold me my first car and guess what it had a bad transmission. I didn't get an estimate for the repair until about 3 months of having it, which was a whopping 4500-5200 and I had only had a one month warranty. They didn't do much, they just said they were talking to their guy about it. Ok so back in March I went to Don's cause I found a car they had online that I liked 2013 Chevrolet Cruze... I went to check it out... my bad that I didnt throughly check it. The service was great they were nice and eager to help me get the car but now I know why. Since the night we got it home the check engine light went on I called to let them know and I was directed to their machanic at Valley smog and repair. I took it that week and was told that maybe the people who changed the oil forgot to reset it and that the car was fine I left and went back to Don's to let them know I took it to the machanic and the engine light was off... I left Don's and boom the light came back i on went straight back to the machanic and showed them the light was on he told me it was a fuel injector to be replaced mind you he told me this after i took it back for a 2nd time that day. So I took it back that following week for a full day so it can be fully inspected and fixed. I picked it up and he said everything was inspected everything was fine and the car was running great. I dont know much about cars so I believed it had been fully inspected. They only give a 30 day warranty so about 3 weeks ago my engine light went on then the next 2 days it went off... then the following week it went back on again I took it to O'Reillys to check my light and it said turbo charger/supercharger a underboost condition... I called the machanic and he said that it would cost me 800 dollars to fix. I'm very upset that I bought a car that has had so many problems.. also found that the back speaker was not working and the glove compartment is broken as well. When you go to buy a car regardless if it's new or used you would expect it to be in a great condition. I wouldnt recommend this place to buy a car sorry but yes they will get a star only becuz they were nice and helped me get the car. But the cars well at least the car I bought was not up to par! So were stuck with a car that unfortunately due to financial problems we cannot fix at the moment and risking it to get even worse I'm very devastated that this is happening and I feel really dumb and embarrassed when friends tell me your car already needs to be fixed I thought you just bought it read more

I really appreciated Ramon and Butch and all their help when I came to this dealership in need of a car. I hate to write bad reviews on Yelp but I want to caution others to seek out certified pre owned vehicles instead of taking this easy way out. I wasn't looking to buy something brand new due to my circumstances at the time I knew the purchase was a mistake but I was short on options. I purchased a car here 6/7/21 and within 2 months was showing signs of a transmission issue. Just took it in to be diagnosed and the whole transmission needed to be replaced, along with 4 fluids and 2 control arms. If they hadn't had sold me a warranty the cost of all that was around $4,500. The warranty covered most but I still have to come out of pocket around $600 for things the warranty did not cover. I called to let them know and there is of course nothing they can do. They were very kind and made the sale easy, but please go to a reputable dealership and pay the extra money instead of financing vehicle that may possibly have major issues. read more

Finance manager (older white guy) told us we were not approved so we left. Not even 10 minutes later the finance company he submitted our case to calls and says we are approved. The way they handled the whole process was very professional with no pressure and they sorted out the finance and everything. I seached all their cars online sent an email on a sunday the next moring got call to send over info to get you financed any they said "don't worry" we'll get it done for you. Then said if you have any issues with anything bring it to us and they used that phrase again "don't worry". Like most of these reviews say, the sales process was great but the service department sucks royally. They keep your car way too long and blame it on waiting for parts. They offer a great warranty when you buy the car. I recommend getting it! I just found out that you can take the car anywhere not just their repair shop. Once I get my car back (it's been two weeks) I'm taking it elsewhere to get it looked at again. I went to pick it up last night after I was told it was ready, well he must not have tested it because it was not fixed!! Like any used car, you should be wary and have it checked by your mechanic. As far as service on the car I was pissed my deal was to fix my paint on my car because I didn't like the chips well they painted it and off white and now it doesn't match. My tire light was on when I bought it and that was also suppose to be fixed I brought it in twice and it still was never fixed. Both issues where not fixed and this was kind of disappointing. Over all is good just be sure before you drive off the lot make sure everything is done. Thats where I messed up. This is solely based on 2 weeks AFTER buying our car When we bought our car the sales rep some Brazilian guy asked me if I was Korean because I look Asian (I'm Mexican -_-) the car ran good the keys came with a remote that didn't work bought a new battery and still struggle! They had a second set and said they would hold on to it until we brought them CASH for our down payment which we had left a check for. Fast Forward to today 8/20/16 Came in this morning to drop off the cash for our down payment we asked for Don and they said he wasn't there then this veterano cholo said he was the manager (that's fine I don't discriminate) his name is Isi (Israel) took our money stated he couldn't give us our check because it was locked but they would shred it (I am not convinced) I asked him for our second set of keys MAGICALLY they're lost and want us to come back during the week see if they found them.
