DO NOT go here for lash extensions Let me take you through my experience First, she was very unhygienic, she didn't change the sheet where the previous customer had been, nor did she wash her hands between clients Then she started applying the lashes... she was very rushed, and sloppy She answered calls during my appointment and then when the next client came in, she threw some more lashes on and Called it a day Spent only about 20 minutes on them I couldn't open my eyes at all, so she took some scissors and cut and ripped apart my bottom and top lashes and said it was normal SHE CUT THEM My eyes were watering so bad and my vision was blocked by these long, plastic, lashes The quality of the lashes were awful and not at all what I asked for They looked like lashes you'd buy at party city So I paid and left, and when I got home I spent TWO HOURS trying to get them off There were CLUMPS of glue all throughout my lashes I tried everything, lash glue remover, oils, eye drops etc So I called her and explained what was going on and asked for a refund or atleast a partial refund because this is not okay I also asked if I could back in and have her remove them and she said no just use eye drops?? And then she said she'd call the owner who lives in India When she called me back an hour later she said the owner said that was normal for the first day... the blurred vision and glue stabbing my eye was normal?? Oh and not to mention at this point my eye was red and swollen... Went there to be schedules - place doesnt look clean. While the technician was doing my lashes she picks up phone calls in between . that to me i felt disgusted . a tech is touching my eyes and touching a phone at the same time - that is a possible infection . and she did not wash her hands after she was done with a client before me . Is there zero star ? Never go there for eyelash extension. You'll regret I promise. Their lashes are hard.low-quality. Dropping lashes falling into the line of vision. And feel super uncomfortable. Visiting Seattle, saw this place on my way to my hotel. I've never gotten my eyebrows threaded but always wanted to try. I walked in and there was no wait, the lady that did my eyebrows was nice and friendly. The place looked clean. Threading does hurt a little bit, but not as bad as waxing. Every time I got my eyebrows waxed, my sensitive skin would turn bright red for 1-2 days and I would get some kind of pimple rash over my eyebrows. Immediately after my eyebrows were threaded and trimmed, the surrounding skin was pinkish, but that disappeared after 2 hours. Can't beat 7 bucks plus she will give you a card where you can get your eyebrows done for free after 5 visits. I would highly recommend trying this place! read more

My experience was amazing! I was immediately warmly greeted and seated with a welcoming energy. My eye brows and lip looked absolutely perfectly shaped and thinned. She was very gentle and precise making my brows look clean and symmetrical. Afterwards I bought a beautiful nose ring that I am in love with and was surprised that everything only came out to 11$, including eyebrows lip and a nose ring! Which was shocking considering I usually get my eyebrows done at the mall for 15$. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves great service and great looking eyebrows. I enjoy going here and generally only get my eyebrows and lip done. I've been going here for about a year now and only once was I unhappy with the service. I only allow the owner to do mine because the other lady threads my eyebrows way too thin so I always call ahead of time to make sure the owner is there. The ladies here are very good at their job. They are great at eyebrow shaping and take the time to define your brows with powder (which they sell). The only downside is that they don't put pain cream on after you are done, but for the price ($5 for brows $3 for lip) I just bought some Nair post wax pain cream. I am a wuss for threading, my sister says that this is about average pain level. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would! Got my henna done for my wedding at 10am. Fast forward to 10pm that day... The henna started to flake off leaving literally no color! Absolutely no color I was able to compare it to my husband's henna that he had left on for 20 minutes which was real henna had gotten darker than my hands that I had had done for 12 hours after no time at all. Then to make matters worse on top of completely ruining the henna design on my feet whatever fake product they use cause me an allergic reaction on my feet turning the tops green. I've had my henna done plenty of times before and have never ever experienced anything like this I was forced to pay somebody else at 1 in the morning to come back and try and Salvage what they could of my henna for my special day. Trying to give these people the benefit of the doubt my first red flag should have been when I asked the lady what kind of henna she uses she said she mixed it herself then when I got there that day the lady doing it was literally taking some sort of pre-bought henna with dye and chemicals and repackaging them right in front of me so of course I would have mix results from one side of my hand to the other and then to my feet she repackage multiple tube so who knows how old some stuff may have been in comparison to the rest. Then to make matters worse when my dad called to let her know how negative my experience was she blatantly hung up on him.
