I was pretty nervous because I've had filler once before and it was extremely painful and I have a tendency to get faint with needles. My lips were soooooo bumpy. I've been getting filler since 2017 and only seen 2 injectors exclusively. However decided to come here for a special and because the reviews and prices seemed reasonable.. being newly single and financially responsible on my own now this isn't really something I can financially afford anymore. Big mistake "( First impression was a little sketchy because their location (seemed a little rough around the edges) def gives a bit of a vibe. But upon meeting nurse B and her assistant they were so sweet and the interior of the facility provided a bit more comfort as it was clean and much more aesthetic. I did teeth whitening treatment, Botox, and 1ml of filler. The whitening was ok, never done that before so I didn't really have an ideal expectation. However, my results were good. It was just an uncomfortable process. . Next step was the Botox. I never experience post treatment tenderness like I did this time around. I'm not sure if my Botox was injected into an area that may have caused discomfort, but the side of my temple was sore for about 6-8 weeks. Not only that but the botox what is dripping down my face, as it was being injected, which I have never experienced it being this Messy. Next up was my lip filler at the conclusion of my filler injections, and they showed me my lips, and they looked extremely uneven. However, I was told this is because of swelling. Regardless of swelling and where I've gone prior, I have never experienced asymmetry post treatment. Also, I noticed my lips were extremely bumpy, but went ahead and took Nurse Bs advice to wait two weeks before making any judgments. After my two weeks, I noticed there was some gapping in my upper lip, a little bit of a symmetry, and all the times that I had felt after leaving their location were still there ... I reached out to them and they were happy to help and adjust my concerns which was great . Upon returning the second time, nurse be injected, some hylanex into the area that was still bumpy ... and put more filler in the area that had gaps.. Guess what .. more bumps I reached out again and was told to just wait two weeks and guess what I did and they are still there ... They were more than happy to have me come back and to make adjustments but at this point having to drive 30 minutes each way, which would now be six times. It's just not worth it to me, especially with the risk that I may still have some issues. The area where my Hylanex, was placed to dissipate the bumps caused more unevenness.. "( I don't believe offering to add dissolver or bits more filler over and over is a sufficient resolution when people have to commute back-and-forth several times just to have the results they want, especially with the cost of services like these.. If I could give nurse b, her assistant and the interior of the facility I would say 4stars nurse B as she came off a little annoyed the second time which made me uncomfortable. I never received treatment from this location, but but I was very disappointed in the way me being a possible first time client was handled . I had made an appointment to come see about their non-surgical nose job treatment consultation. I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM. I then went on their square up app, and I rescheduled for 5 PM and gave them enough time which was at 1 PM. The lady called me from lavish and then she stated what time did I want to come in? Was it either four or five. I stated I would like to come at the 5 o'clock time and she said Perfect. I received a confirmation text message And the address. I arrived to the location at 4:58. The door was locked and I kept knocking and nobody responded to the Knox. I waited until 510 which my appointment was at 5:15 and still there was nobody at the door or answering.
