The owner literally called my phone from outside, hiding in her car behind the building because she refused to face the customer. She told me on the phone she couldn't understand why the woman was upset about an unexpected bill, insisting her prices were clear. They are not. The exact same thing just happened to us. Without providing a written estimate, discussing a price out loud, or obtaining explicit billing authorization, the owner immediately charged our credit card $1,280. When we reached out to dispute this massive charge, she claimed "all sales are final" for a service that hadn't even been rendered yet, claiming that the price was posted on flyers in her office yet refused to let my wife view the flyer in the room to confirm the pricing, and flatly refused to provide a copy of the foundational contract we supposedly signed months ago. Her justification was that because the price was on a flyer on the wall, she had the right to charge our card without asking.
