I'm a little disturbed by another reviewer who made allegations about "vaccine" status etc as it's none of our business to know the personal medical info of a professional doing treatments as it in no way affects the client. You have more chance of catching hepatitis or norovirus from eating at an eatery than you do catching covid from professional skin services. Cassandra has always worn gloves and masks when doing treatments and to top it off she has written Covid safety and sanitation protocols for the esthetics industry that other estheticians have put into place in their own practice.

I texted Cassandra asking if I was in the right place and she said she'd be up in a minute. I waited for about 10 minutes when she showed up without a mask on which was immediately unnerving to me. On the door to the business is the photo posted below-her website doesn't provide any information about her stance on vaccines. Had she had made it clear on her website that she is against vaccines and the science behind them, I would have never made the appointment. Aside from her blatant disregard for public health, Cassandra was extremely rude to me. I left just a few minutes into it because I was so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if she was being particularly rude to me because she could tell I was uncomfortable from her not wearing a mask/her sign or if she treats every customer this way. I've never been spoken to the way she did by a 'professional' in the beauty/health/wellness industry. It was as if she was mad at ME for being there! I thought maybe I had booked the wrong thing online, so a minute into her brash line of questioning I apologized and said, "oh I'm sorry I thought I booked a consultation," she responded in a condescending tone saying, "I know-this is me consulting you." It's concerning that this person is claiming a 'science based' approach to her work when it's very clear that she is not aligned with the scientific community. I'd caution anyone to patronize this business, particularly during this omicron surge.

After the first session, my skin looked slightly red and warm, but the irritation subsided within a day. Within a week, I noticed smoother texture and a brighter tone. Over multiple sessions, my dark spots faded noticeably, and my overall skin clarity improved. What I appreciated most was that the procedure was relatively comfortable--more like tiny pinpricks rather than real pain. Pico lasers stimulate collagen production, which helps with long-term firmness and glow.

Top advice: Verify every single charge and AVOID leaving a credit card on file with this business…read more My wife and I used this medspa for five months, but we had to sever ties immediately due to highly erratic, non-transparent, and unauthorized billing practices. The owner operates entirely on ambiguity, using flyers posted on the walls as a substitute for clear communication or actual signed consumer consent. She seems to genuinely not understand how ambiguous or unprofessional she is. We asked her repeatedly, "What is included in this membership/package?" Every time, she would get cagey and dodge the question by replying with, "What are you interested in?" She regularly included extra services that were not part of the membership, but never consistently, making it impossible to know what we were actually paying for. We actually witnessed this exact scenario play out with another customer a couple of months ago. We arrived for an appointment to find a frantic woman standing at the front desk hitting the bell over and over again. The owner literally called my phone from outside, hiding in her car behind the building because she refused to face the customer. She told me on the phone she couldn't understand why the woman was upset about an unexpected bill, insisting her prices were clear. They are not. The exact same thing just happened to us. My wife discussed a potential future treatment. Without providing a written estimate, discussing a price out loud, or obtaining explicit billing authorization, the owner immediately charged our credit card $1,280. When we reached out to dispute this massive charge, she claimed "all sales are final" for a service that hadn't even been rendered yet, claiming that the price was posted on flyers in her office yet refused to let my wife view the flyer in the room to confirm the pricing, and flatly refused to provide a copy of the foundational contract we supposedly signed months ago. Her justification was that because the price was on a flyer on the wall, she had the right to charge our card without asking. Furthermore, we discovered we were being billed a $299 monthly membership fee each, despite never signing a membership agreement or contract. We have initiated a formal dispute with our credit card company for unauthorized billing and services not rendered, and we are filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General. Hanging a flyer on a wall does not give a business the right to run a customer's credit card without permission. The operations here are completely unethical. Save yourself the financial headache and go elsewhere.
