Being born and raised in Las Vegas I have gone to many different dentist practices over the years. This particular office is always friendly and the dentist is hands on. I always get to see a dentist after my cleanings and I leave with a smile. No one likes going to a dentist but they are always friendly, professional and get me in/out in a timely manner. I recently no longer had dental insurance and they ended up recommending an individual plan that would suit my needs. I can't recommend them enough. I can't thank Divine Dental enough for the exceptional care I received. After dealing with unresolved dental issues from my previous provider, I was in a tough spot--about to move out of town and in need of urgent treatment. Divine Dental not only fit me in at the last second, but also immediately identified the problem and performed a root canal that same day. Dr. Mismas was beyond accommodating, understanding my situation and making my health a priority. Once again Divine Dental come through for me. I went in yesterday for my cleaning and exam and Dr. Rachel Mismas noticed that I had two cracked fillings. Fast forward to the following day and she has already taken care of them both. Dr. Mismas and her staff are truly the best and I feel very blessed and fortunate that when I was looking for a new dentist due to the retirement of my old dentist I found Dr. Mismas and her private practice called Divine Dental. The moment I walk in the door I feel like family. It's a great feeling to have as I know most of us don't look forward to a visit to the dentist. They are ok if you need regular dental work but they will manipulate you into having ALLyour teeth yanked out and lie about the recovery have and unlicensed person make dentures then say they dont fit because my jaws are misaligned. Its been almost 3 yrs. I can only wear the bottoms for an hour a day. I get one meal with adhesive stand then its over. The person who made my dentures had no license. My dentures came with a 1 yr warranty (so I was told). Then my dentures on my front tooth broke. All of the sudden my warranty was revoked because "the warranty was thru the person who made them. Not us. He isnt here anymore. " Scammed. I had to pay for it to be fixed. Check for licenses if you come here. Im filing a formal complaint with the board. They committed fraud. read more

I hate to leave this review but here we go. I have been coming here, and got my wife to come here, over several years. We have this amazing connection since my wife is Taiwanese and Dr. mismas is as well. I have had a couple of small instances that I over looked as the normal American health care provider issues. But what happened today is a deal breaker for me. I came in to pick up my night guard and I was told that I owed money. This is odd since I was told this prior to the new year and I still had money in my HSA. Fine, whatever. I asked how much I owed and the treatment coordinator gave me two different numbers. One was 48 dollars, the other was 42 dollars. I asked how she came up with these totals and she said "what do you want?" And I said I obviously want to pay the least amount but I don't understand these two different numbers. She then said "what do got want?" And I said "I want to know why your numbers don't match." Which.. call me crazy is a very logical expectation for services provided. Rather than walking me through the differences, she increased the total amount due to 48 dollars and said you owe this. I paid it. I'm done. This place can rot. Do better, Your customer base deserves better. The medical staff is top notch. I have been with Dr. mismas, Powers, Evans (I adore her) and the other Dr, please forgive me I'm blanking. The med staff is all top notch... but sadly I'm taking my business elsewhere. Front on house is bad and you aren't the only provider in the area. I'll miss the medical staff but this is flat out unacceptable. See ya. read more

Came in for an appointment with Dr. Rachel Mismas and all I can say is do better. Her dental assistant was the one of the sweetest that I had met there. Dr. Mismas talked to her with such disrespect and belittled her so much for just asking to what seemed as a simple question. Something as little as ensuring she had everything she needed. This so called doctor would question her abilities asking her how she even does this job as if she has no idea what she's doing. A question to ensure you have everything you need as being new to working with you is out of line. Do better as a human being and treat others with much more respect. She lost all of my respect showing her true colors talking to her staff that way. I wouldn't be surprised if her entire practice felt the same way. Dr. Milena Arakelyan was successful in filling/rebuilding a severely cracked tooth at the top right back teeth area. Had she not been able to fill/repair the tooth, the other option would have been the need for a crown. She kept me aware of what she was doing the entire time. I was never uncomfortable or in pain at all. I could tell after all was done that Dr. "M" was delighted with the outcome and it does feel great. A big Mahalo Nui Loa (as we say in Hawaiian). I went in to have a veneer re-cemented because it came off. I ended up getting a full checkup and cleaning, which was great! Their hygienist is great! They re-cemented the veneer and charged me $116 to do it. However, it popped off the very next morning and I called to make an appointment to redo it. They ended up telling g the that they would charge me another $116 to do it again. $116 for a single day was not ok. They did not back up their work at all and want me to either pay again for something that wasn't done done well to begin with. What they really want is for me to spend the money to get a new one. How can I have any confidence in their expensive work if they won't stand behind their work? I gave them 3 stars because of their amazing hygienist, otherwise I would have given them 1 star. read more

Dr. Mismas and Dr. Major are some of the finest dentists in the valley! Dr. Mismas was able to fill my multiple cavities with my limited jaw opening. I can only open my mouth and inch due to fop disease. Of the twelve teeth she treated, two were too buried to have the cavities filled. She masterfully extracted them with zero pain. My recovery was very easy also, and I had zero pain afterwards. The office called me and texted me to check on me. Dr. Major checked on me, to and communicates concern and care. Dr. Rachael and her staff are a real Class act. I've been going there since the transitioning from Dr. Andrew Stutz to now Devine dental. I was sad that Dr.stutz was retiring and sold his business to Dr.Rachael because I was going to Dr.stunts for a long time. The more and more I've been in Dr.Rachael's care I couldn't be happier. The office before looked like an old office with world war 2 Memorabilia all over, witch I thought was pretty cool. But now Dr. Rachael transformed it into a modern, cool up to date practice. This review is long overdue. Bottom line up front: Devine Dental is the best dental clinic that I have been to. The front desk and waiting area looked very neat and professional. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and checked in by a super nice front desk staff. Tiffany was so nice and friendly. She took my x-rays and helped prepare everything for the hygienist. I am truly displeased by the way I was treated by the administrative staff at this establishment. I had been coming to this practice for several years and even had a few friends and family members relocate to this practice. There was a screw up because no one took the extra time to update insurance information in their systems and because of that reason they stated I was out of network. I had to take it upon myself to contact the insurance and get things rectified. I then came into office to get some assistance, and I was greeted by Amber, who completely lacks professionalism, appears unmotivated, and does not have the ability to communicate with the clientele. My faith in this organization is troubled. I have decided I no longer wish to have any involvement with Divine Dental. On a scale from 1 to 10, they rank 0. I am taking my money and benefits to a dental organization who exudes professionalism and a caring spirit. read more

There have been quite a turn of events that have determined the way I view this office. About a year ago, I got some fillings done here. Here's my first issue: after the fillings were done, they filed my teeth to "adjust my bite." Unfortunately, one of my teeth was filed down to the point where I cannot even chew on my left side because of the excruciating pain I feel in that spot. I told them about this when I returned 6 mos later for my cleaning (earlier this year), and Rachel Mismas, instead of inspecting my tooth first, filed it down even more with NO topical anesthetic. I was in even more pain and she told me to "hold still." I told her to stop because I simply could not take it anymore. Here we are, later in the year, and I now have had one of my fillings completely come out of my tooth and now cannot chew on my right side. I'm in pain and I'm frustrated. Dr. Mismas is a very high quality dentist. She cares about her patients' teeth health as it relates to their whole body. Today my husband and I had a laser procedure completed by Joy, a great hygienist. Dr. Mismas examined us and talked to us before and after the procedure. We were given follow up directions and Dr. Mismas even checked on us at home via text. Her care goes well beyond an examination each time we visit the office. I was your patient, I called Monday to cancel my appointment for Wednesday, Feb 1, and I told you I'm not coming back. After what your staff did to my husband. Very disrespectful, telling him his old and being difficult when your team didn't explain what he was signing for. Proper communication can go a long way. But that was not the case there. The patient's name on file is Lorencia G. This is part of maintaining your google review well, accusing people that give you a negative rating that they are not your patient. I was an actual patient of this establishment, and I want people to know about my family's experience. They have my previous review reported to google as spam. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Rachel for some time now and have generally had a positive experience with her as a dentist. She is professional and caring, and I have always felt comfortable in her care. However, my last appointment did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. The front desk staff, whom I have had negative experiences with, proved to be a headache once again. I have a new insurance plan that does not cover my regular maintenance cleaning, and I asked the staff if I could still receive this treatment while I wait for my insurance to be updated. To my disappointment, the team kept insisting that it was not possible and gave me a variety of reasons why. Despite my repeated requests to speak with Dr. Rachel, they insisted she would give the same answer. It took a great deal of effort and patience on my part before they finally asked the dentist, and she confirmed that it was indeed possible for me to receive my regular cleaning. This should not have been a difficult transaction, but the ladies at the front desk always make it hard. I have had other negative experiences with them, but this was the most recent. I have stayed with the clinic because of Dr. Rachel's professionalism, but yesterday when my husband came to the clinic, that was the last straw. They were insulting towards him and had side comments that my husband was being difficult. Best dentist in the NW side of Vegas, This trip was for another extraction and because the tooth was infected it hurt like a MOFO, this was my fault to let my tooth get so bad so just a warning make sure you get your check up at the first sign of any pain it will ease it if they have to pull it. First tube of novocain didn't do anything, second tube helped some but it was still extremely painful to remove, luckily the tooth finally came out. The Dr. is as gentle as can be and I would recommend her to anyone. So on a positive note when i had some other teeth extracted there was virtually no pain other than the injection of novocain and a little tenderness of the tooth site. read more
