Upon meeting her, I could immediately tell her healing powers were strong and her energy (and smile) instantly brighten my day. I can't say enough good things about J9 and her healing practice. If you've never tried energy healing or are skeptical about it then J9 is the perfect guide. She creates beautiful imagery and a safe environment for optimal results. I've had several sessions with her and each time is different but successful. I've ended each session in a better emotional and physical state than when we started. One time I even left the here and now and slipped into a deep meditative state that made me feel like I was floating. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for a long time. As a combat veteran, I have more than my share of nightmares, anti-social tendencies, hypervigilance, dis/mistrust of everything. I've continued to hit new lows until I went to my first energy healing session. I was doubtful and didn't put a lot of faith in it. For a person who only believed in themselves (sometimes), it was hard to accept. But I was open-minded and went. The system/process may have seemed odd from the outside but as it continued, my doubt fell away and was washed away by hope. It was eye opening and such a huge weight off my mind, soul and body. I thoroughly recommend energy healing sessions. My memories haven't gone away but I can face the world and its challenges with broad shoulders, a sharp mind, and an open mind.
