After much research, the Universe presented Lindai's Bodywork. I started seeing Lindai back in 2015/16 and I vowed to never let another therapist touch my body. I have tried Thai massage (especially beneficial for my bad back / sciatica), Reiki, raindrop and the body and soul. Lindai is a truly gifted soul with a compassionate demeanor, and strong, yet delicate touch. She allows you to relax, but also speaks with you and checks in to make sure you're feeling good throughout your time with her. I am a forever client! I went to Lindai for a Reiki session. I was feeling pretty rundown and on the verge of getting a cold. She diffused Sage essential oil and used some additional essential oils to help with the respiratory and immune systems. During the session I felt very relaxed and in good hands. Immediately after I felt my energy shifted and a bit less symptomatic than when I started. The following day my throat was less sore and I had a bit more energy.
