I told the man who greeted me that I had just texted and he said ok. I didn't even realize the room at the front was a massage room. I thought it was a coat closet. When he opened it, it was so small the table was kitty corner. I'm like whatever and got undressed and under the sheet. Then a few minutes later a man came in, I assumed the girl was finishing up and would take over, but nope he stayed the whole time. The reason I prefer women is because they don't feel they have to prove anything and will massage you and not try to break you. Every time he moved around the table it pushed my neck down and my chin was hitting the hard edge of the table. Elbows on my spine, just digging in uncomfortably hard. When the massage ended I left very sore, and will probably need another massage in a few days to recover.

This was not an issue as both parties were able to communicate effectively. They talked a few times to each other during the massage. The walls are thin so you may hear other customers being walked to their room. Parking is slim in front. The door was cracked open so they could go in and out to grab hot towels/stones as needed without making a loud noise from opening the door. 90min couple massage was $222. I will definitely come back here next time we are in Key West!

I paid extra for the 25-minute scalp massage, but the therapist only did about 12 minutes, and even after I mentioned it, she barely reached 20. It's a very uncomfortable situation to be in -- you're there to relax, not to argue or time the session yourself, or worse, to have to complain about pricing after the fact. At least that's how it feels to me. The place is beautiful and the massages are great. I have to say Kelly was the only one who actually delivered what was promised in full. Paula and the therapist I had today (I forgot her name) both tried to bypass me when it came to the timing. It's frustrating to have to fight for what you've already paid for -- especially when you're tipping 20% on top. So just a heads up: pay attention to your session timing.
