I had Yolanda and I was pretty torn on what color brown to get with chrome on top that would look good! I asked for her help given a combination of my inspo pic + what might look good on my skin tone. She was SO helpful! She literally painted 3 fake nails different shades of brown, adding chrome on each one, just to give me a better idea of which I may want to pick. Above and beyond to help an indecisive gal! This place has gone downhill, and I will NEVER return. I gave this location four chances after the last visit where I left in excruciating pain due to the tech cutting not only my toes during my pedicure, but also three nails during my manicure by digging too deep. I continued going here due to the convenience of the location, but after my last visit on Friday, March 1, 2024, they will never receive a single dime of my hard-earned money. For starters, during my manicure, I advised the tech that I didn't think the curing light was on as she was doing my gel manicure, but she insisted that it was. Later that night, the entire design fell off two of the four nails that had gel. I returned the next morning, Saturday, March 2, 2024, so that she could fix those two nails and I suggested that she fix the other two just in case, but she stated that it wasn't necessary. Less than 2 hours later as I was leaving brunch the other two nails did the exact same thing, so I returned to the shop for the third time in two days and was advised that I needed to return on Monday, as they were too busy to fix their mistake. Needless to say, this infuriated me, but I wasn't going to walk around with undone nails two days after I paid over $120 for a mani/pedi, so I returned for the fourth time on Monday, March 4, 2024, so that she could fix her error. Four visits to fix a mistake is unacceptable! As if the bad manicure wasn't enough, my big toe on my right foot was in pain for an entire week and was completely scabbed around the cuticle where the tech once again dug way too deep and caused me to walk out of the shop in pain. I don't know what is going on with this location, but I would suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

My daughter selected a Nexgen nail color that fades from blue into purple. The tech used a completely different color then tried to gaslight my daughter into thinking it was the same color when she asked about it. She was told that the sample looked like that because it was "faded by the sun". No shot. So I asked the cashier who tried to tell me the same story. They used the wrong color. Period. My daughter's fingernails now don't match her outfit or her toenails. So we're wasting our time having her toenails repainted to the matching WRONG color. We've been here several times, but this is our last visit. Don't advertise something you can't deliver and then act like your customers are not intelligent enough to know the difference. read more

**THIS NAIL SALON DESERVES NO STARS** I went there on 3/27/2025 and I WILL NEVER RETURN. I went in originally for a nail fix - with the intention of being a returning client. (I did not get my current set from them - just needed a nail fix) the man at the front desk was BEYOND RUDE. Tried to get me to leave b/c the color didn't match - which is what I WANTED. I WANTED THE NAIL THEY WERE GOING TO FIX TO NOT MATCH THE REST OF THE SET I HAVE ON NOW. He then proceeded to sit me with a man who was extremely rough with my nail and beyond rude. And on top of that - the nail they fixed was longer than my current set - I had to go home and file my nail to the correct length. The two men then stood in front of me and spoke for 2-3 minutes to themselves while examining the rest of my nails and STILL TRIED TO HAVE ME LEAVE B/C THE COLOR WASN'T GOING TO MATCH. When my daughter of color (wearing appropriate clothing and approached the nail salon with manners) walked in, the man at the desk immediately gave her a nasty and disgusted look AND then proceeded to follow her and talk about her. The man who works at the front counter ignored me twice when I was inquiring about the price of a full set and said "yep" with a shoulder shrug and walked away. I did pay the $5.00 fee for my service. I will not be disputing the charge. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED NICELY AND WITH RESPECT. I've definitely had better... I called and was told that a Classic Pedi + Gel polish on the toes was going to cost 50 total. At payment, I found out its actually 53...-_- I chose my color and on their color sample board it looked like a light pink. After my lady finished it looked SO sheer that just seemed like someone pulled out my toenails and you were looking at fresh flesh...... Idk why she didn't let me take a look before curing it and asking if i was okay with the color... I couldn't leave with that color so I asked nicely if we could change the color. She kept saying no.. she kept saying "it's pretty. I like it." Okay but the client who's paying for it doesn't... you couldn't even see the color after she did 4 coats! I didn't want to get mad so I kept requesting nicely if we could change it. then her co-worker next to her looks at my toes and agrees with me that it was ridiculously way too sheer. That she should redo it for me. I really appreciated him saying that or else i think my lady would not have changed it. She end up just drilling off the top few layer of the old color and just adding on top the new color. It turned out WAY better. I did not appreciate that she kept trying to convince me that the color was fine and she kept saying no. Not only was that the problem but I wore white jeans that day.. I rolled up my jeans up to my knees and while she was using a green tinted gel type thing to massage my legs she made that green stuff touch my jeans... wtf... its WHITE JEANS do you have to go all the way up to my knees?! This is really a beautiful nail salon very clean and new just gorgeous. I just wish the services were more consistent, I only used to go here for pedicures ands it's hit or miss. I've gotten my nails done twice and they're always terrible once I had a guy do my nails said he was a friend of the owner and the guy didn't even have his own tools the owner had to re do my nails. Got a simple manicure once and the man didn't even do my cuticles and had my toes nails Looking busted and crooked. That was the last straw and I won't go back. Seriously overpriced, like $33 for a basic pedicure is fine -- but $20 to add gel?? With tip that's over $60 for a basic pedicure with gel. What makes it worse is the pedicure was sooooo rushed--so the color is uneven, only filed down the top of the nails (not the sides?). Very upset to walk out after spending that much with nails that are worse than what I could've done for myself at home. This why I've almost stopped getting services like this and started doing stuff at home. Prices going higher for worse and worse services. The salon itself was beautiful and music/vibes were good. Jimmy was my nail technician and he was fantastic! Very friendly, interactive and in my opinion did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. I am very pleased with the results of his work! Divine Nails is great for fingernail, but horrible with pedicures. I've attempted pedicures on three different occasions and for sure thought the third attempt would be the charm.... Absolute fail. Sadly, I left without even getting my toes polished but paid the full price. I'm never one to not pay for a service, but I'm disappointed in how the manager handled the situation. I paid an extra fee to have the gel polished removed and the nail tech did a crappie job removing the gel, but attempted to paint over the previous gel color with a lighter color. When it was brought to his attention he simply tried to brush it off with the "I don't understand " , not to mention he did a horrible job with the shaping my toenails and when it was brought to his attention he had an excuse to the point of me having to shape my own toenail for a consistent shape. This has been my 3rd time coming to the Nail salon. The first 2 times I have came, I have gotten Amy and she has great customer service. She has greeted me with a smile and has done a great job on my nails. Now, the 3rd time I came with my boyfriend. This was his first time getting a pedicure. We got there at 0700 CDT and I didn't realize they closed at 0730 CDT. I entered and asked the Manager if they were still taking clients and advised him I honestly didn't know they closed at the time and felt bad. But he told it was okay, so I picked my color and all. Right when they sat us down, Amy recognized me and said Hi! She was the one who took care of my boyfriends pedicure. I got 2 girls, I believe Jenny did my pedicure and my manicure was Hannah. Jenny was so nice and kept offering if I wanted a drink. Amy was even asking me as well and kept conversing with my boyfriend and I. Hannah didn't even speak to me. I noticed she was going fast and in my head I could notice that she was rushing. I honestly didn't like my pedicure, it was painted like 4 times and it still looked like it needed paint. Right when I got home, my nail broke. I lifted something and easily broke. So I came the next day to fix it. I got this guy, which I didn't even get a name and he did not give me eye contact AT ALL. He kept asking who did my nails. He looked so mad because he had to do ONE NAIL. Then he got up, packed up his suitcase thing and walked off. He didn't even say I'm sorry for that and not even bye. He left the guy in the front to do the rest of it. I advised the guy in the front that it was too thick. He told me to come back the next day and Hannah will do it for me. I like the guy in the front (he has given me good customer service always) it wasn't his fault. I told him that's an inconvenience to me to come again. This nail should have been fixed the 2nd time. But that guy needs to have better customer service! If they were going to rush, they should have not taken me that day. I would have just come back another day since they were closing soon. If I come back, it will have to be with Amy only. The 3rd finger is the thick one. read more

So I payed again to have a polish change and not even to seconds after leaving my gel polish was already lifting off. I asked for them to be fixed and she fixed one out of the four nails.
