I call ahead. Told to wait 15-20 min. Arrive in 25. The lady looks at me and says "I thought you weren't going to come." In front of the entire nail alone. I ask, "Why would you think that?" And then she just has like a little weird giggle and brushes me off. I'm only 5 minutes off and it's not like had an actual appointment scheduled. They were still in the middle (not starting) servicing someone when I arrived, so it wouldn't even have mattered. I would've still had to wait. I'm sitting down, and the lady tells me the guy will start on me after a customer already there requests a manicure add on service all while I'm already waiting and it's only 2 in there. Which means they both will be occupied on him. I'm sitting at the pedicure bowl, and it's DIRTY inside and she's wondering why my legs were not propped up oh the foot rest. Even THAT WAS DIRTY!! She just rinses it out with water. :/ Residue is still inside. So no they don't use linings!! The guy is literally trying to go back and forth between me and the client getting services NOT A HAND WASHED, NOR SANITIZED, NO GLOVES!! I asked could he at least sanitize his hands or something before touching me again. He goes to wash his hands a the lady told him to just stay working on the client already there. Mind you I need a soak off hands and feet on top of a service. The drill bit he was about to use to take my gel off also looked VERY USED!! They basically wanted me to sit and wait for them to finish the guy, they close in 30 minutes. At this point I had already been there 15-20 minutes myself. Didn't offer me anything to drink even though they were sitting right there. I just decided to not get serviced and leave! Very unsanitary. Also the bin that the blue towels you dry your hands off with, also had trash in it! Idk what they got going on in there. Lastly, whenever the lady walked over to me to look at my nails, she had the same gloves on that. She was using to do the pedicure, touch my hands to see that I polish on there, and then literally sat back down to go work on the man's feet again. I have been multiple times. The ladies who run it are delightful. They actually converse with you rather than sit and chatter between them. They work hard and create a fun atmosphere to relax. They have a kid chair as well that my son absolutely loves. We have mommy and D dates to get our tootsies done. It's a special time for us! read more

I have a long nail bed and natural curved nails. I always get an acrylic overlay and Teresa is the only person that can do it! She is always on point with a perfect shape, just simply classic and well done, never lifting. They last me a long time and my nails are immaculate every time. I called to see what the wait was on a sat. I was told to come in. I showed up 10 min later and they got me right in. I wanted a pedi (20) and my teenager wanted a mani (13). Priced reasonably..the pedi included a scoop of the blue stuff and a decent massage. The services were great and we were in and out. I will be back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR GEL!! When I came in and asked how much a gel color change was, the lady told me $15. I thought that was a steal and all their prices are typically lower than other nail salons in the area. When you think of gel color change, that normally means taking off the old color on your nails and replacing it with another color right? But not here! I sat down and the lady tried charging me for extra WHILE she started taking off the gel that was on my nails already. She was like since you have gel on your nails already, it's going to be an additional $5. I argued with her for a bit telling her, everyone's definition of a gel color change means taking off the old and putting on a new coat. She finally gave up and said okay I'll give it to you for $15. The lady who actually did my nails seemed like she knew what she was doing but after a few days, my nails started growing out and if gel is super close to your cuticles and it touches your skin, it will start popping up. That's exactly what happened! Nail professionals should know that! My nails didn't even last a week when gel is supposed to last at least 2! I was super disappointed. I'm probably never coming back and rather pay the $20 to go across the street and get better service and quality! In addition, my mom wanted to give them a try. They tried charging her for extra things as well! She didn't really try debating with them so she was basically gypped. read more

Not a happy customer, called in advance to ask about price and went in the evening, was done with the pedicure within reasonable amount of time. After 45 min still waiting to get the gel polish. Only one lady doing work to two other people, they knew ahead of time, what I wanted to get done, they knew they were short staffed so they should have told me in advance that I have to wait atleast an hour before they will do the polish so I would not have done my pedicure from there. Walked in at 7:10pm on a Friday night, more than enough time to just get a manicure, right? Wrong. Was immediately greeted, take that back, no greeting, just what do I want and an angry face from a lady who was doing the cleaning by the pedicure area. This is my new go to place for pedicures. It's a small place with just 2 ladies so if they're busy there is a wait. The ladies are very friendly. The price for a deluxe pedi is awesomely low! Anywhere else in town you'll pay $45 to $60 for a deluxe and here I pay $30. That's the clean up, soak with scrub down and massage, and French tips! The only thing negative I could say is that sometimes it takes awhile to finish so my butt hurts after awhile lol. read more

Came with a friend for the first time. My pedicure was amazing! I thought it was never going to end and I was in heaven. I had a lady who I believe said her name was Ann for my pedicure and I never got the name of the lady that did my manicure. My manicure was just okay. I got a regular manicure and was not impressed with it. I don't know if it's because I got a regular manicure that it was hurried along or not but I wouldn't go back for manicure. We went Friday evening around 4pm. We were greeted. We had about a 25 minute wait. My husband and I both had deluxe pedicures ($25 ea) and regular manicures ($12 ea) (Mint scrub, Wax, massage, etc.)They pampered us. We were there almost 2 hours and loved every minute of it. They were attentive and had great customer service. This place is small, not fancy at all but I prefer great service and good work over paying for an upscale establishment with poor service. Also I received a manicure and I am rough, so rough until my nails are always chipped the same or next day. Well it's day 2 still not chipped. I am considering driving from Arlington, Tx to Carrollton, Tx every 2 weeks that's just how impressed we were. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I work in Plano but I live in Carrollton so I decided to give this place a call. I called around 7:30 to see if I could get 2 nails fixed from a set I got somewhere else (I explicitly said that on the phone). I was told that was no problem if it was just 2 nails, and I could come right then before they closed. I didn't ask to come right then, I was TOLD to come in right away. Although I was planning on finishing up some stuff at work, I left what I was doing in order to get my nail fixed before I went out of town. Again, I was told that I could come in right then and get my nails fixed. When I arrived a lady asked me if I had called and I said yes. She told me to go inside and I soon as I got inside I'm assuming the owner told me that she can't do my nails because I didn't get them done there. She also told me that my nails were too long for her to do them before 8. So basically I called ahead, explained my situation, drove all the way from Plano, and paid a toll just to be told that they are not going to do my nails. Safe to say I left there crying because I wasted my time and gas, and I could've spent that time driving there calling other places to see who could help me. There shouldn't be any employees answering the phone if they don't know what the hell is going on. I will never visit this place ever again or recommend it to anybody. read more
