TL;Dr: Brutal! I'm glad I wasn't mean to him, he might be having a bad day... Or a bad life. I called to confirm they were open on a Sunday which they were, and asked if they were busy. They said they weren't busy and asked what services I wanted. I said I was calling around for a manicure and pedicure. They said okay, you can come in and hung up. I called a couple more places and decided to head to Divine because it was closest. I didn't have an appointment, but they weren't busy so I figured it would be fine. I got into the parking lot 26 minutes after getting off the phone with them and the same guy called me back. I answered, and the first thing he said was, "Are you coming, or not?" I said, "I'm in the parking lot." They said, "Okay, good because I've been waiting for you." The whole thing was creepy especially considering I didn't make an appointment anywhere and was just calling around, so I called my husband. We decided maybe there was a miscommunication and he was just being direct, so we decided to give it a try anyway. I walked in the door. Instead of greeting with me with a smile and thanking me for coming, he started laying in on me. "Are you the person I spoke on the phone with? Where have you been, I've been waiting for you for over an hour? You said you were coming right now. Go sit in that chair." I reminded him I didn't tell him I was coming at all, let alone "right now", and even if I was, driving takes time. I didn't even bother correcting him that according to the timestamp on my phone, I showed up 26 minutes after our call, not over an hour. He just replied by telling me louder and more aggressively, "Go sit in that chair." I looked at him like he had lost his marbles and told him I don't even want to be here. That was when he yelled at me in front of his three customers, "YOU GET OUT THEN!" You don't need to tell me twice to refrain from giving you $150. Say less. read more

I went in the AM and was able to get seated fast, I didn't catch the gals name that did my nails, she was a sweet older lady, VERY gentle on my hands , usually I get cut easy when I get my nails done, but not this time. I asked for short, squared, white nails. And that's exactly what I got. Only thing is when I went to pay they wanted me to pull cash out of an ATM, I got charged 2$ service fee. I did a walk in for a pedicure, there was only one other person in the chair. I was directed to a chair by my technician, who never introduced herself. I was trying to make friendly conversation, "how is your day going?....barely a grunt. The most absolutely unfriendly person I've ever had to do my nails! Seems to me if you were in a customer service line of work that you have to have customer service skills. This person had zero. I will never return there. Dirty. Everything they used had stains and didn't look clean. Even the plastic separaters (the big ones that went up everywhere during Covid) at the manicure stations were covered in finger prints and smudges. They wore gloves but didn't change them after working on my feet, then going to take cash from another customer, check out that customer, and then come back and work on my toes. read more

I've tried this place twice now, and once again disappointed. They were clearly understaffed yet kept taking walk-ins. My person would start on my pedicure, then go work on someone else, then come back and work on me. I don't think she even spent 15 minutes total on me. My nails were poorly cut and different shapes from one another. Polish is sloppy on the nail itself and some left on the cuticles and skin. No sense on asking her to redo the work as she was clearly too busy to even follow up with me. Got home to apply some lotion on my feet and found my heels are as rough as when I got to my appointment. I wouldn't even call this experience decent. Such a waste of money and time. The woman working was very nice and did a goo job, but the man was very pushy and rude towards the end. he at first said he could do a chrome design then i said if he could not ill pick something else and he said he for sure could do it, then when it came down to it he could not.... he then gave me lots of attitude when i asked him to try and instead he put something else on my nails instead when i asked AGAIN for the first option he said either you7 stick with this one or pick a different i wont try again. he then did pink nails and the french tip lines were crooked and not fully filled in so there is splotchy spots and uneven color, the hearts are huge circles with pointy bottoms, and the shape is so ugly and crooked. he then charged $80 and got upset with my $7 tip. and both of our fingers are very sore and hurt to touch and even just resting they were very rough. My daughter and I went in to get pedicures for the first at this salon and we wanted the deluxe pedicure. Not once were we asked what type of pedicure we wanted and when we asked what types they had, they would not add the additional steps, saying "it was too late". When we were leaving I did not realize she charged my daughter the deluxe price for both of us which equaled $20 more between the two of us for what they refused to do. When my daughter was waiting for her change the person was very hesitant to give her cash back until she got her tip. Very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I went back to divine nails and was treated with respect and kindness.
